Yes that is normal, exactly the way it was received by you is how I received it directly from the Mary Kay Company when I ordered it in December. They don't come sealed. Thanks

I'm not sure if my mascara is waterproof or not (I use Younique fiber lashes), but on the Mary Kay website for this product is specifically says it removes waterproof mascara. I absolutely LOVE this makeup remover! It is the best I have ever used! I highly recommend it! I was looking for something that would not irritate the skin around my eyes, and this product is it! It is wonderful and it takes the makeup right off!!

Q: Is this actual Mary Kay?

I love this stuff!! I just ordered it of the official Mary Kay website and it was $4.00 cheaper on Mary Kay's website AND free 3 day shipping. MK reps take a pledge not to sell the products anywhere else so I'm not sure where it comes from but it's sort of an ethical issue I think. BUT I have bought this on Amazon before I have to admit. I was told but don't know if it's correct but she said to check the expiration date. They have a complicated code thst you can figure out dates, etc.
