I purchased this soap to assist with whitening my inner thigh area near my privates and my private areas also to get rid of my tan and freckles on my arms,legs, and chest. I am naturally a light skinned person of European descent but my private area was looking a purplish dark color I guess from being overweight and exercise and my chest arms and legs looked too tan and freckled for my taste. I have been using the Shouvy Glutathione soap for about 10 days now. Honestly It has done a nice job in lightening everything already. I tend to have slightly sensitive skin and some people have recommended leaving the soap on for 5 minutes. I did it a time or two but I found the stinging sensation too much for me in areas I didn't think I'd have it arms chest and face but not on my privates or legs. Anyway, I don't do it and it has worked nicely anyway. I'm pretty sure this bar or possibly one more should do the trick completely. I should say...If you want your results to stay you must wear a good sunscreen every morning before you are out in the sun ( we live in south FL). The soap doesn't smell good in the package but when you are done washing your skin will smell very nice like a fresh clean soap scent, I really love that. Also, be sure to get yourself a good moisturizer or lightening moisturizer to use while you use the shouvy soap.

This product is quite effective. You may notice some redness in the beginning but you will adjust over time. How does glutathione works when applied directly to the skin? It is the major antioxidant (aka anti-aging stuff) produced by the body. It helps whiten the skin by stopping melanin from forming. Smoothens skin texture. Accelerates skin cell turnover. But how does glutathione soap lighten your skin? Applying a topical product (like soap) that contains glutathione directly into our skin helps stop melanin (dark pigments) from producing. What does this mean for you? Well, if your body stops producing dark pigments, then your skin will get lighter. The more melanin you have in your body, the darker you are. Therefore if you’re using a glutathione-based soap on her face and body, , you will eventually achieve a lighter and flawless skin tone. Micro exfoliation (skin peeling) is another benefit of using glutathione soap. It exfoliates the top layer of the skin to remove dead and dull skin cells, which cause pimples/acne. Also, microexfoliation feels like having a microdermabrasion because your skin will feel soft and smooth after. Aside from its skin lightening effect, using a glutathione soap helps treat skin problems like melasma, hyperpigmentation, acne or pimple scars, sun spots, freckles, uneven skin tone, etc.

I don’t like giving negative feedback or speak ill about products. This soap wasn’t for me. From what I read and the reviews I found, I thought I would give it a try. From what I experienced, the soap gave me an immediate reaction of burning. It also dried out my skin. I used an acne lotion that helps, but even that didn’t calm it down. I didn’t notice any dark spots or blemishes gone. I used it for a week. I couldn’t handle using it so I didn’t bother using it again. It states what it’s for, but I have no idea how people deal with the unpleasant-less.

Customer Stats: 25, Light brown skin, Acne prone, Combination skin, Hyperpigmentation. So, after a couple of weeks I can safely say this is an awesome soap. In two weeks I noticed a more matte complexion and a gradual lightening of pimple marks. In some way it combated my blemishes as well but didn't completely remove them. I was concerned that it might be too harsh on my skin but I didn't have any irritation. The coconut oil is moisturizing too. Using this soap will make you lighter; bringing out the yellow and golden undertones first and evening your skin tone. For those who are already pale and fair skinned, I doubt there will be any noticeable changes. One pleasant surprise was that it slowly removed the tan on my hands; I had always had an issue with them being browner than the rest of me. As for my body, its perfect at removing uneveness on elbows, knees and stomach. Gives the body a smooth and soft glow..I love using it in the shower. The scent is lovely too x3 Only reason why it didn't get 5 stars is because it works 'gradually' and not immediate..And because the soap melts a bit quickly. Glutathione is a powerful intracellular antioxidant so I feel great knowing that I am contributing to my inner health as well as outer beauty. Now to buy the lotion :)

I've been using the soap consistently for a month and although it leaves my skin soft and smooth. It doesn't actually lighten my skin. If anyone wants to actually lighten your skin, I recommend glutathione supplements and not soap. Also has a weird scent that reminds me of baby food.

This is my 3rd or 4th bar. It has lightened my over 15 yrs old acne blemishes & age spots drastically! I recommend lathering the area with the bar & water & letting the lather sit on skin for 2-3 minutes before rinsing for best results! I had some tingling at 1st use but I believe it was because I left the lather on for 10 mins & also because my skin was not used to the product yet. I had some tightness after shower for the 1st few used but following up w/coconut oil or olive oil instantly corrected that. My skin is used to the bar now so I have the option of following up w/a good lotion or my oil at this point! Very recommended to even out skin tone & hyperpigmentation. I even use it carefully down below for hyperpigmentation & as long as you don’t let the lather enter where it shouldn’t & NOT let the lather sit for some time as you would do your body, no irritation occurs...Well at least in my case. The only whitening soap I've used that ACTUALLY WORKS. As you can see I'm treating it as goldust because if the price and how quickly it melts but within 2 days I could see there was a sort of brightening effect though nothing I could specifically point out but by the end of week one,my dark spots were noticeably lighter and it's now only week 2 but I can definitely say my face is lighter. I used it on my knees elbows and underarms too and while there hasn't been quite as pronounced a difference my knees definitely aren't as they were. The only thing I will add is there are a few skin coloured bumps appearing on one knee but they're barely visible and don't hurt or itch so I'm guessing its just my skin adjusting. Definitely use a good moisturiser as its extremely drying :)

Like the smell, and it's moisturiser the body just as it's been discribed. There is nothing I dislike about this soap. I feel good when ever I bath with it.

Complete waist of money. Once soap bars in and now skin change what so ever. 3:19 on similar soap on eBay. Reduced acne scar skin damage after one use.
