It is all, all, and only in the person that wears it. For what I do, it is a good buy. If you stick to the lighter side, you have 1000 different uses. This is very versatile. It won't make you a body builder but it helps with adding the little things that add up.

Overall its a good product, husband uses it to train and workout, i use it sort of to strengthen my body and make me feel lighter. Pros- 1. 100 lbs total spread over five areas of your body 2. seems sturdy for all my husband does in it 3. has stitching to increase sturdyness at weak points 4. came fairly fast 5. the metal weight bars didnt fall out while exercising 6. simple to put on and use 7.can adjust how much weight from completely empty up to 100lbs each bar at 1lb each(havent weighed them yet for accuracy but husband has it on max weight(max capacity two per insert) 8.price isnt bad for what you get, youll spend double for less quality and less weight nearly anywhere else in store and on amazon Cons/things i would improve 1. instead of using a velcro patch to secure each piece i would make a latch/belt/hook of some sort to allow for tightening to smaller body parts, as i a grown woman at 155lb and 5'7" the ankle and wrist straps slide off of me but they fit well on my husband who is only slightly bigger but at 150lb and 5'9" 2. can only fit two of the weight bars in each so once you get to the max poundage you will begin to plateau to some degree 3. even on my husband the chest piece slides on his shoulders and flaps around his abdomen, so some option to make it fit a little more tightly to the body 4. cant use on kids slides off 5. i just dont like things that have velcro instead of proper harnessing/buttons/straps/belts/almost anything else the price id recommend to someone who is just coming into weight training

the vest and arm/leg bands are good quality and there not too uncomfortable but as i was looking over everything in the box i noticed that one of the instructions say LEAD weights when the product is listed as steel i'm not able to test the material of the plates but it is concerning that they claim its steal on amazon but the company made instructions that say lead.

well balanced. like the adjustability of adding or subtracting weight...not idea for running...not the easiest to put on.

It's like they made this vest for a morbidly obese person. I'm unable to securely strap the vest because the straps are way too long. I can MAYBE secure one side if I do some crisscrossy nonsense but, it's only one side. The other side you have to hope it stay secure if you can find a place for it to stick. The rings that the straps go in are a f***-ing pain too as, even though they are rectangular, they don't abide by physics and roll through the loop, causing the straps to scrunch up and make them 1000x harder to undo. On the note of the rings: their location makes it so difficult to put the vest on, and if you plan to take it off, ensure you have at least 36 hours as you will be struggling to contort you arms in order to try your best to spin the rings back to the orientation they're meant to be in, then trying to manage to somehow fish the straps through the loop, hoping that you have the energy to lift it off enough, then bend over to try to shake it off, hoping you don't get "What are you doing, step-bro"-d

Die Weste ist super verarbeitet und die mitgelieferten Gewichte reichen für meine Bedürfnisse vollkommen aus. Hab sie jetzt mit 18 von 20 zusätzlichen Kilogramm bestückt und komme beim Powerwalking an meine Grenzen! Die Weste sitzt super aber nach 40-50 Minuten merkt man dann schon den entsprechenden Druck auf den Schultern. Danach weiß man, was man getan hat …!!! Aber genauso soll es ja sein. Bin völlig begeistert 👍👍👍

Lo único que cambiaría en el chaleco es que en lugar de argollas, se le colocará un velcro de mayor tamaño y resitencia, para una mayor facilidad en la colocación y para quitarlo. Para personas relativamente delgadas las cintas/velcro no aprietan al 100. La de los brazos y piernas todo bien. El material es resistente y está bien cosido.

Great product that's lasted longer than expected. The vest and bands did not come with washing instructions so make sure you do your research. The only wear that has happened was putting the vest through the washing machine. Don't do this! Hand wash and air dry.

check and hand weights are good, but ankle weight are not in place when we were and start training. Had great expectations on the product, but slightly disappointed because of the ankle weight problem.
