Didn't think they would be much use because they're lightweight but these have multiple ways of being used for rehab and strengthening.

MIne was a little bit short another 6 inches would have been nice.

Set di fasce elastiche Theraband di ottima qualità, chiaramente di livello professionale. Le diverse resistenze permettono di coprire un’ampia gamma di esercizi, dalla riabilitazione al potenziamento muscolare leggero. Il materiale è solido, elastico il giusto e non dà la sensazione di “gomma economica”. Le utilizzo regolarmente per mobilità, rinforzo e stretching e mantengono bene elasticità e consistenza anche dopo molte sessioni. Non si arrotolano durante l’uso e non danno fastidio sulla pelle. Prodotto semplice ma efficace, adatto sia a chi inizia sia a chi cerca uno strumento affidabile per allenamenti mirati o recupero funzionale. Consigliate.
