Great dryer and very easy to use. Prompt to empty lint from the filter every time and also prompts to clean other parts as well, takes a bit of getting used to the heat pump dryer taking much longer to dry bedding, towels etc but that said it’s a fab dryer and easy to navigate the menu

Very pleased with the product. Heat pump driers have really advanced, or old one was very slow, but this one dries quickly, quietly and had more options that you can shake a stick at. Only had it a couple of months, so can't comment on longevity, but I'm all other ways based on my experience I would highly recommend

After using it for about a month now the Dryer is amazing, links to the app easy so always notifies me when the clothes are dry so they aren't sat in the dryer for very long. The AI features are okay, sometimes the clothes are a little damper than I would like but that can easily be fixed by picking a higher dryness setting that you normally would. Very electricity efficient so you don't have to worry too much about your bills soaring in the winter

Samsung...a brand you can trust, I did my homework before selecting this dryer and I can say im very happy. Dryer has excellent features and after a few rounds of drying you start to learn how it all works. Been over 6 months of ownership, using it at least 6 times per week and it hasn't disappointed me. Noise level is relatively low, looks great and dries very well. So pleased with it that I bought a Samsung washing machine too.

Had this almost a year. Great dryer and uses hardly any electric. Yes it takes a little longer to dry and sometimes the fabrics are still a little damp. But the money you save on electric is about 75%

Do not buy this heatpump dryer. I feel this dryer has major issues. 1st one I got had damage on the front whereby the vent grill was severely pushed and the heat exchanger flap was also pushed in and was warped. This 2nd one externally was OK ish except for a little dent on the side panel. This is put down to incorrect packaging so it can easily be damaged in transit. As soon as the electrician put it in place and switched it on 1st message panel read check heat exchanger 2nd time stated check filter. After that when it was switched with a load of 4kg. A screeching noise started and the drum I could see was trying to turn but couldn't. I feel the belt maybe too loose on the drum it was slipping. So 2 out of 2 dryers both failed. I dont know if this company is buying seconds and putting on Amazon at 47% discount. But to have 2 dryers not fit fir purpose is by any understanding an issue. Also Amazon will not refund until it picks it up and it goes to their hub. I feel Amazon should have paid me back when it was reported to them. This was approx 1.5 hrs from when it was delivered. I feel Amazon needs to remove this seller from its website. I feel Amazon has not been fair with its dealing with me. I would have given this 0% if it gave me a chance. Do not buy but the choice is for the person to read the reviews as they are mostly very similar with their issues of return.

It's a tumble-drier so it's not gonna change the world. You put wet clothes in, ouch a button and dry clothes come out some time later. This one, like my Samsung washer, is very intuitive and easy to use. Loads of programs for just about every kind of fabric, it's a condenser sonic doesn't need to be connected to an outlet pipe. It has an easy to access tank that needs to emptied after each use. If you are able to link it to an outlet pipe, just move the pipe on the back from plug A to plug B, plumb in the pipe and you're done. Of it's many great features, the 3 I use most are 1. You can connect it to your home WiFi and use the SmartThings app to monitor or control the machine remotely. 2. There is a light on the drom when you open the door so you can see if you've gotten everything out, and 3. If you need to dry something - like a pair if trainers, for example - that you don't want rolling around for fear of damaging the item OR the machine, there is a shelf you can clip on the inside that will hold it still while warm air dries the item thoroughly. Not the cheapest machine available but the best one I've ever had. 4.5/5
