3 months ago I had a heart attack and quadruple bypass surgery. In my recovery at cardiac rehab they introduced me to resistance straps to work in getting my strength back. I started using them at home too but needed a good anchor to work them on as I got stronger. This works perfect, it was very easy to install, takes up no room at all and is helping me get stronger every day. I may need another one to take to work and put on a wall so when I go back to work I can continue to do resistance training on my lunch.

I LOVE this product so much that I have bought 5 of them . They are sturdy , inexpensive and perfect for hooking weighted tubes over them to exercise in so many ways. In fact, they are so good, I just cancelled my gym membership .

My husband was in a car accident and his PT had him do stretches with bands attached to the wall. We replicated their set up at home in our home gym and it's been helpful in my husband's recovery, but is also useful for me as well.

The Anchor Gym H2 was the perfect solution to the needs of my clinic. I needed a versatile anchor which was commercially strong enough for TRX equipment but would allow me to easily interchange it with resistive bands. This high quality anchor was easy to install. I love the fact that it has an open hook with a t-bar which allows me to quickly take a TRX Rip stick off to switch to suspension straps or tubing. The t-bar prevents whatever is hooked around it to not slip off. It would have been a pain if I installed an x-mount instead. We train our physical therapy patients on our "Anchor Gym wall" using 2 H1's, one at ankle height, one at 7 ft high, and one H2 at 4 ft. The mid position allows clients of different heights to do rotator cuff strengthening.We've trained clients including kids, 80 something year olds, obese clients and elite athletes such as gymnasts and baseball players. They all love the exercises that they can do with the simple anchor and bands. I would definitely recommend installing this in a home gym as well as in a commercial gym.

I saw this in a Dr Ben HIIT exercise video that I now have on my website. It is as sturdy as anyone could ever want or need and even comes with the 3 lag bolts required to correctly install it. I would need a sledge hammer to damage it it is so well constructed. All you need to do is find a good wooden stud in your wall or door jamb, drill a few of the right size pilot holes, and install it with a socket wrench. Took me all of a few minutes, but then I am handy and have loads of quality German and U.S. made tools. Love it and recommend it

Great product in combination with resistance bands to give you a number of exercises similar to pulley systems at the gym. And since we are avoiding the gym right now, are a perfect addition to our home gym set up. I anchored these in our basement cement wall. Easy enough to install.

From reading other posts, I splurged and got an H1 Anchor mount for top of wall and above the base board. I added the H2 in the center, about 4 feet high. These mounts are very solid (commercial grade) and secure with beefy size bolts. The mounts are superb for resistance bands and tubes. Wife also loves the mounts - great addition to any home gym.
