All-around perfection
The Red River War: A Texas-Oklahoma Border_ was a wonderful purchase. The book itself was in as close to new condition as possible and even was personalized by the author. As an eastern Yankee who went to the University of Oklahoma, OU, another Texas-Oklahoma was as much fun as a football game. I see hat it was volume four and now I wonder what the other books in the series concerned.

Not to be missed!
This book is a real contribution to Texas and Oklahoma history. Author Rusty Williams tells the amazing and sometimes hilarious true tale of the time Texas and Oklahoma nearly went to war. If you know much about either state, this is a do not miss book.

Forgotten historical tidbits make for a fun read!
Mr. Williams book is thorough, yet entertaining. The many historical tidbits make it a fun read. We featured his book on our podcast, A Very OK Podcast and Mr. Williams was just as entertaining in person!
