This the best value and simple smart watch.
Don’t want to invest in a smart watch because you don’t really use tech as much but just need something to ease into smartwatches? Do you like the inexpensive classic Casio style watches. Well this is the upgrade to that. It has the simple capabilities of a Casio watch, but just as functional and useful as a full blown smart watch. You can swim with it, play sports with it on, track heart rates, miles/steps, even show the weather! The watch is made of a hard tough plastic, and for $35, you don’t have to worry about it as much. This all I really need from a smart watch for my lifestyle because I try to track my workout but I’m not that into tracking, I always check the weather, I don’t really get much messages or always checking my notifications. It’s simple and battery lasts forever. I’ve gone 13 days and I’m just on 45%. With power saving on.

Great simple smart watch
If you are looking for a “smart” watch but without all the bells and whistles, this is the watch for you. It has everything I need and none of the extras I don’t. Simple double chime alert for app and text message notification and repeating double chime alert for incoming calls. Several different health tracking options, of which, the sleep tracking and step counter are used the most. Fairly easy set up with the app. The app is user friendly once you understand it, but the included instructions are of no help. The battery life is better than my phone. I can use it for a week and it will only be down to 65% or so. Make sure you charge it for 12-24 hours before use. I love the classic old school look but I think it could use a calculator on the front;-). All in all, great “starter” or minimalist smart watch at an excellent price.

An always on screen health tracker without old, traditional "smart" features!
Been waiting for a watch like this. I was expecting something like this from Casio for ages! Amazefit beat Casio on this one! Bravo!!!This is the best watch (as of what's available on market now) for those who:1) Want a watch to track heartbeat/steps/sleep/activities.2) Want less frequent charging (~12-14 days. Settings: automatic HR detection & sleep assistant, freq:1min, Activity detection enabled, all notifications set to OFF)3) Don't really care about phone notifications/events/calls - Phone is for that reason exactly, don't need a watch for that, just use the phone! All my other "smart" watches are sitting idle because it's practically difficult to charge it daily or weekly. If Amazefit is listening: Have a variant with these features and there's no stopping this becoming an absolute hit!1) Add solar charging in addition to what it there now (I am sure Casio will come up with this, but you can be first to market to capture it)2) Get rid of all phone notifications (This can be set via settings now, but at least this will set expectations right and optimize on BT)3) Add O2 measurement4)Have enough buffer on watch so that phone syncing need be done less frequently, for example only when one opens the app. (optimize BT)5)Get rid of the circle on display and increase usable screen real estate.Hope this helps!

The Best Budget Watch
I got this watch to monitor my heart rate as well as general watch functionality. I am very tough on this watch both by me forgetting that it is there or due to the extreme weather in my area. This watch has held up over the last two years, and the battery is still fantastic after these years. The only damage that this watch has sustained is that the little red triangles have faded. My only complaint with this watch was the original app to sync and look at the information. This has been updated and I have no further complaints. This watch has been a very pleasant surprise as other reviewers made me hesitant at first. If you need a rugged, cheap, and useful watch, this is for you. It seems that it is no longer available on Amazon, however, if it returns, you should pick one up.

I love this watch
I wish I could rate it twice, I love this watch so much. It's exactly what I'd been looking for - always-on display, step counting, sleep analysis, long battery life, water resistant. The display is great - just your typical retro digital. Clear to read, no need to shake your wrist to see the time.Step counting seems accurate.Sleep analysis is great through the Zepp app - the built in charting and sync with Apple Health all works great.Battery life seems about as advertised, around a month per charge.I've been through so many budget smart watches and bands, and this is by far my favorite. Easy to read, reliable, lightweight, with all the tracking features I need. If that is your use case, this is the perfect watch. Obviously, it doesn't have any of the advanced features the Apple Watch or other expensive "smart watches" have, so look elsewhere if those are important to you. But so far as I know, there is nothing else on the market that matches this watch for its specific set of features/weight/battery life.
