Good for emergencies
They are what they are. I like the taste and keep them at work for when im desperate as they dont spoil. Dont think you should make them part of a planned diet (quite high fat) but you know what your buying so can't penalise them for that.

Good, if u can digest lactose
100% not suitable even for mild lactose intolerance, it did not say that it was, it said the opposite tbh but yeh I risked it all. Taste really good as an iced coffee, and provides a really good extra calorie boost if, like me, you need that. I’ve gone back to fortisip but this is not a bad product if u can digest milk.
