I'm not someone who leaves reviews on Amazon and I rarely use superlatives to describe things, but these headphones are the best I have ever owned. I am someone who seems to have bad luck with headphones because one of the earbuds inevitably stops working after a few weeks. I don't treat them gently enough. Let's also be honest that most headphones are designed to be obsolescent and manufacturers don't have the incentive to produce affordable yet durable headphones. Consequently, the wear and tear of even a moderately active lifestyle can be ruinous for headphones. The GoGroove headphones I have been using these past few months have proven to me that it is possible to have decent sound quality, impressive physical durability, and affordability all at once. I am actually going to buy several more in the upcoming months just to have several extras to use in the distant future.

Not sure if I received these earbuds with a bug or a feature, but they are unusable. Right out of the box there was a strange issue. When the mic was touched (by fingers or when it brushed against your ear, etc..), this caused the media player on the phone to change. Sometimes it caused the audio to stop, and then start if touched again. Other times the volume will go up or down. I gave these earbuds to my son for Christmas and it had the same behavior on his cellphone. We have same model cellphone (Moto G5 Plus ) so perhaps it only happens to us. We were not sure if this is perhaps some form of interactive control feature. My son is pretty savvy with android, however, and he could not get it to stop. I was able to reduce the frequency of the problem by coving the mic with scotch tape.I purchased this item because I was looking for earbuds which were more durable the cheap brands that I’ve purchased previously. These earbuds do seem to be built to be more robust. The wire is thicker, and the part where the wire enters each bud is reinforced. The sound quality is only fair, however. The sound is better than the $5 earbuds that I was purchasing, but I’ve purchased sets for $10 which sound better than these. If these earbuds did not have the strange issue, I would have likely been happy with them.

Good earbuds - Sketchy WarrantyCaveat Emptor - Buyer Beware. These are good earbuds. They're very heavy duty, and so perfect for teenagers who use them many hours every day. However, the "lifetime warranty" is not very real. You must register your purchase on the manufacturer's website (not Amazon's) within 30 days or you have no warranty. Then if you need to make a claim, you have to make it through the manufacturer, who makes the process so cumbersome that most people will just cuss and give up. A warranty that you won't actually use, is no warranty at all. As far as heavy duty earbuds go, you can't go wrong with them. They are very solid. But nothing lasts forever -- especially anything used daily by a teenager. I've bought seven pairs of these from Amazon over the last two years or so. Several are still working. Several have broken (after around 9 to 15 months of use). If I can buy these for <$20 and my kids can use them for about a year, it's still a good buy. I just resent the misleading "lifetime warranty" language, as it's not real.

I am ROUGH on my stuff. I was going through earbuds every two weeks, it was ridiculous. These lasted me for over 8 months! I'm buying another one right now bc all the dropping and pulling and tugging and tangling finally did them in.If you are rough on earbuds, these are an awesome option!!!

The sound is good. The cord is strong. The rubber moldings are stout. But the microphone and push-to-talk buttons are chincy. The button activates and terminates calls, plays music and summons Google when jostled or jiggled.The warranty service was ok. I had to return the old before they sent the new. And when i got it, it came out of the box with the same problems the original had.Overall, the product is good. If they would use a microphone that matched the rest of the set in toughness and quality, the set would be great!

Great inexpensive alternative for ear buds. I got really tired of spending money on ear buds for working out and these were reviewed pretty well. They are very durable and pretty good sound quality. Not very loud, but they do the job.

Bought the silver ones with my own money and have been using them for about 2 weeks. They do feel heavy than some headphones but i like that. the actual buds fit perfectly in my ears with the smallest rubber tips (i have small ears). Sound is great for the price. i do wish it had volume control but thats a personal preference. I also appreciate that a case for the earbuds are provided. I'm a student so i usually had to just toss my headphones into my backpack and detangle every time but not with these. I LOVE them. Would recommend.

I was happy with the feel initially. They are much quieter than my last earbuds. The headphones would also randomly start turning down the volume to the point I was continuously reaching for the volume rocker on my phone to reset it. Then an earbud fell out while I was on vacation and I gave up on them.

They sound good enough for the price and as they said in the description, they are heavy duty, the only bad thing is that they fall off quite often because the cable is to thick, other than that, it was a good deal

The cable is very solid, the buds often fall quite easily, though. Also the button command does not work for me. The sound is strong! If I listen to a bassy song the bass is so hard it’ll tickle the inside of my ears in the loudest volume.

J'ai ces écouteurs depuis plusieurs mois. Extrêmement satisfait, je cherchais des écouteurs qui tiennent et ne cassent pas après 1 an, comme j'en ai eu depuis près de 10 ans! Ces écouteurs ont l'apparence extrêmement solide, le cable épais évite également aux fils de trop s'entre-méler. Le casing en aluminum est un plaisir au toucher, la construction en général dégage un sentiment de robustesse et d'over-dimensioning qui fait plaisir à voir pour des écouteurs!Le son est légèrement plus grave que ce que j'ai l'habitude d'écouter, mais il s'agit d'appréciation personelle, les écouteurs en soit sont bons et j'apprécie ma musique autant qu'avant, mais avec l'assurance de pouvoir les garder pour plus longtemps!La commande fonctionne bien également. Très satisfait de facon générale, j'éditerait cette review si le moindre problème survient dans la durée de vie, en attendant, un vrai plaisir!

I am a professional Videographer working primarily on Industrial sites. I must be able to hear the lapel mics input and, at the same time, not hear ambient noise around me. I also require robust earbuds that withstand the occasional tight lining. These are the answer. The earpieces that come with them are inadequate for my use but I have sound suppression earpieces bought from a third party mounted on the earbuds and they work fine. They do not colour the sound in anyway and given their almost military construction, I expect they will last a few months, rather than a couple of days. Very impressed with the industrial strength design and construction.
