Empower is a dual action enzymatic cleaner and part of the first step in cleaning instruments prior to their sterilization. If you are thinking of cleaning tubs or basins, no. There are other solutions and methods for cleaning and disinfecting those.

Q: Can this be used in a mister/fogger for indoor as a disinfectant?

I do not suggest that at all. It is not a disinfectant nor a sterilizer, but a dual chemical enzymatic. If you do not know what that is, you probably should not be using this product and may be using it improperly.

Q: How many loads will 1 gallon handle?

Check the dilution instructions or with Metrex. Usually, it's 1 fluid oz to 1 gallon of water.

Q: Would this be ideal for disinfecting any Bloodborne pathogens or for sterilizing tattoo equipment (excluding needles)?

Yes! This is a dual enzymatic detergent. This is in compliance with the CDC guidelines in pre-cleaning instruments prior to sterilization.
