This is the best pain reliever or just a good feel thing to use. Sometimes my neck just has so much tension and this right here relieves that tension. It does tickle at first but once you get used to it you’ll love it!!! Worth the money!!

Nice little machine. I'm more on the petitie skinny side so trying to get it to work on my neck wasn't comfortable, but i must say I love it for my legs! Currently pregnant and my legs get restless, this works great. I wish there was a recharge option to where it didnt have to be plugged in to work.

I read so many reviews and it took me weeks to decide on this massager after returning 3 others. I usually stick with name brands after having a Homedics neck massager for over ten years.I’ve never had one that stopped working after one 15-minute use. Per the instructions, it will turn off after 15 mins for safety and you can press the button to start again. If it doesn’t start, give it time to cool down. It is not warm to the touch at all. Unable to use after 15 mins is so frustrating and disappointing. I have arthritis, degenerative disc and constantly tight muscles. I have been hanging on to the one I bought a few months ago with ripped mesh and something broken rolling around inside bc I can’t go without a massager while waiting on this. Per photo, this is small. It is barely 12 inches long and 7 high. The strap does not fit around my chair. Returning tomorrow. (The stars available are not even related to the item and what I need to evaluate.)
