I have been eating these Keto bars for a couple of years. I eat low carb & these bars are perfect. They don’t contain any artificial sweeteners & this was what attracted me to them. The fact that they are delicious is a real bonus too. All natural ingredients. They are lovely, once you try them you won’t stop. I’ve never once had a problem with these bars or this brilliant company. They are a great addition to a low carb or Keto lifestyle.

Excellent product and great value. Just a pity the flavour options are a bit limited at the moment: just salted caramel or chocolate. Hopefully the coconut version will make a reappearance soon! The recipes have also seen some changes recently, but generally all to the good. Keep up the fine work! 👌

I have tried all of the flavours and find them tasty. Handy to take out & about with you as they are individually wrapped. These bars are not overly sweet which I like (I'm trying to reduce my sweet tooth) and they are not stuffed full of artifical sweetners which can raise your insulin levels. Also they don't contain erythyrol which my stomach cannot tolerate. I've knocked a star off as they are expensive but then what keto products are not?

I rarely write reviews on here, but I had to warn other potential buyers that these bars are utterly disgusting. The 'flavours' are so mild, that they do nothing to mask the stodgy, gelatinous lump of what I can only imagine is solidified wallpaper paste, mixed with a smidge of cement, then rolled in a fetid, stagnant swamp and packaged up for human consumption. I have two dogs, one of which literally eats his own faeces, but even they wouldn't eat a piece and I think they are both currently researching how to become unadopted.

Bought two different flavours chocolate and salted caramel. They are quite filling but taste odd, not sure why. Texture is like a block of plastic. Won't be buying again.

i have this product on subscription, the price per bar is about £1.30 apiece, for keto products this is pretty good. they taste good and i would recommend as a treat on your keto journey

These work well for occasional craving management. It offers better macros and lower carbs than regular bars, though the texture and flavor are noticeably different. For a convenient keto-friendly snack, it does the job.

I decided to give these a try, as they were on sale. These are not the best, or the worst Keto bars I have ever had. They are a bit plain in flavor, However, I have figured out that if you put a small layer of organic natural peanut butter on top, (you can add some sweetener of choice into the peanut butter if you have a sweet tooth), then these become actually quite good. So would I recommend? Yes, but only if you don’t have a huge sweet tooth, or want to try my suggestion and use the bars as a basic base to build upon with other ingredients added on top.
