Only so-so
I am giving this 4 stars, but it should be somewhere between a 3 and a 4. I am only giving 4 stars because this was very inexpensive and "you get what you pay for". That said, the clay is very small, although you get lots of different colors. I mainly bought this for the tools, however the tools are cheaply made and one even broke within minutes of use. But, as a starter kit and for the amount of tools, and colors of clay you get - I do this is a good value. Just dont be expecting too much.

A little on the tuff side but still great!
My kids have had a blast with this one! They love the colors! I love the fact that it can sit out all day and still be playable. So we can work on a project throughout the day and stick in the oven right before dinner instead of heating it up twice. (South texas is hot!! We don’t use the oven unless we have too! )

hard and crumbly.. nothing softt and stretchy about this clay.
worked with it for along time and even adding drops of warm water and still not workablbe. Bought for 10 year olds and very disappointed they were not able to use it and made not one thing.

old and hard
I purchased this product because of the colors and tools. The clay is hard and not workable, at all! Tried to microwave it, still hard.

Good kit just crappy clay.
As a whole, this kit is a goodish deal for the money. The box is nice and the tools and extras are good quality but the clay is extremely hard and you have you play with it in your hands for a few minutes before you can mold it into anything. I'm definitely still going to be using this kit but I'm just very unhappy with the quality of the clay.
