I blew up my previous clutch (literally "kaboom") & my flywheel was pretty worn out. Found this & though of what I do besides going to work every day.. Put it in without replacing my original throwout bearing. What a mistake.. About 2 weeks later, the throwout bearing had also disintegrated & was smooshed. Put the new bearing in & have been running the whole kit for over 6months after break-in miles. Been thrashed around quite a bit, performs beautifully & when they say heavy duty, make sure to replace every piece of the replacement kit, not just what broke. It'll find the next weakness in line.. For the price, this is definitely worth every penny.

First time changing a clutch on my first standard vehicle. Nice and easy! My review is delayed due to other issues getting the car back on the road, but I finally got to drive it today and it’s buttery smooth through all gears! Thanks!!

This clutch kit is a perfect fit and 2014 Subaru Crosstrek. The really good and responsive. Close too two hundred mile on it and so far so good. Smooth shifting, and the pedal is nice and firm. Great quality item!

(CP15004HDFW-CK), THIS PART DOES NOT FIT 2012 SUBARU OUTBACK 2.5 PREMIUM. i have purchased this part from Amazon according to vehicle selection. After i checked part number at MaxPro web site there is totaly diffrent part number for my vehicle. I have try to contacy seller but no luck.

So far FlyWheel and clutch kit are performing excellent. I had not needed to do any adjustments to my pedal. You can feel the strength of the pressure plate as it grabs and releases. Love the performance I have been getting in my 2004 subaru impreza since installing this kit. Was easy to install. Everything lined up perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better kit considering the bargain this kit was.

Ended up breaking 2 clutch forks with this clutch. Went to an exedy clutch and pressure plate and all issues were fixed. I installed this clutch on two vehicles and had similar issues. Uneven clutch contact causing chirping, and very bad shudder. Also multiple clutch forks failure from what I can only assume was the poor quality of the spring pressure. The fly wheel is good but the rest will give you a headache. Definitely buy this clutch if you love replacing other parts and taking your transmission out several times. In the photo the gold clutch is the exedy and you can see it's much higher quality for only a few bucks more. Save your time and money and buy a better kit. This one is junk.

This was a great price. It was made in the USA. It took a little longer than expected to break in. After 10,000 miles it is running great. Only time will tell. Hopefully I won’t be coming back to this review.

The flywheel and pressure plate seem ok and of decent quality, but the clutch disk wobbles on the transmission shaft. Kinda thinking I should have spent the extra money on an exedy or another brand I've actually heard of.

Due to the unique way amazon make it complicated to contact the seller directly im writting the review. Havent driven the car yet as waiting for over seas parts. 3 main parts of the clutch fot as they should however add states fitment for 1996 to 2008 or 9 i think on the legacy non turbo. I found this not quite accurate as the throw bearing does not fit
