Update: So I bought these May 20th 2015. It is now March 31, 2017. My then 6 1/2 year old is now an 8 1/2 year old and she is still wearing these. Essentially she has worn these earrings for the past almost 2 years only taking them off when she plays soccer. She has worn them to bed and to bath and they have held up. Oh and almost forgot...They've literally been on her practically non-stop for close to two years and yet they have not broken nor have we dealt with any sort of skin discoloration or the metal turning another color.We've had them for two weeks and they have been great. I got them for my 6 1/2 year old. Her ears tend to swallow the backs of earrings. I was hoping that the latch backs would solve that problem and they have. They are also very pretty. I don't know how they would look on an adult but on a little girl they are just right.

These earrings are beautiful and matched perfectly with the bracelet, chain and ring purchased. They only thing is that the stone is smaller than I thought. They looked better on a little girl than on a woman, but they are pretty though.

Beautiful! I just received these earrings today and I love them. The blue is dark enough - not as dark as a sapphire and not as light as regular blue topaz. The size for me is perfect - I don't care for large earrings - but they aren't too small either. Leverback is my favorite style clasp and these earrings are well made and the clasps meet where they are supposed to. The small white sapphire above the blue topaz fits the earring perfectly in proportion and gives it a finished look. I think I'm going to buy a pair for my bestie too.

The earrings were so small. The site made them look as though they a much larger size. Cannot wear such a small earring.

These earrings are pretty, but VERY small. The measurements are stated in the ad, but I didn't really pay attention, as the earrings looked like an appropriate size on the model in the ad. I was shocked and disappointed when I opened the box and discovered how small they really are. I bought them as a BD gift for a friend and ended up getting her something else so I wouldn't look like a tightwad. If you are looking for something small, like for a childs' ear, then you will be happy with these. The earrings are well made and the stones are nice.
