This is such a wonderful pain reliever for kids and adults! The size is functional for all and does a great job of helping to ease ear pain.

Works well. The first time I used it, I used tap water. I held it on my ear for about 30 minutes. The next time, I used water from a Keurig (hotter, but not too hot to hold). The relief was faster with the hotter water, only about 5 minutes. I highly recommend this for anyone with an earache/itchy ears.

This definitely helps when you have an earache. It does cool down fairly quick but even a few minutes of relief keep you sane. It does not leak and is nice to have on hand. Cuts down on the number of wet wash cloths!

Works so well!

Gets cold in a couple of minutes. From the (doctored) picture with something blue inside, I figured maybe it'd keep the heat for awhile, but what you've got here is reservoir for about a ping pong ball's worth of water, which doesn't stay hot very long. This would be a great idea if there were a way to charge it and it could generate its own heat, like a hand warmer. But like it is, it's less effective than a warm washcloth that you've heated with hot water, or just an old fashioned "hot and cold" bag since at least that would have more hot water in it so it would stay hot. The product does nothing for me, the seller has set it so no returns are accepted, and they do not answer emails.

Water has to be boiling to stay minimally warm any length of time. I used these as a school nurse. Basically they were warm for a couple of minutes but did a good job keeping a child distracted while waiting for a parent. Wasn’t worth it for my. A warm wash cloth kept warm longer.

I first used EarEase about 10 years ago. As a school teacher, I was hit with an ear ache while at school. I stopped by our school nurse's office and asked her if she had anything that might help. As a matter of fact, this time I purchased two more for myself since I sent my last one with my son when he moved into his own apartment. They worked really good for ear pain

Totally useless for ear pain when airplane is landing. My wife tried it on our last flight and it proved useless. Would also be careful about using this for ear infections because the heat may actually encourage the infection to proliferate.
