Only 10.8% protein, not 12.8% as described
I am very satisfied with Urban Platter products but this T65 flour was not as described. I have successfully used T55 of same brand for burger buns and croissants but my bloomer recipe called for flour with at least 12% protein. I had successfully used Josef Marc T65 (at 13.2% protein) so decided to try Urban Platter T65 as it was mentioned on the description as 12.8% protein. However product received, although marked as T65, was only 10.8% protein, which is the same as T55 product. Consequently my bloomer bread did not rise properly.

Insects paradise
The media could not be loaded. I am regular home baker and set up subscription for this flour. In past 3 months, I got 3 deliveries of this flour 2 Kg each month and till now all packets were infested with insects and I had to throw them all. I complained urban platter directly and they send me replacement but replacement product is also infested. This shows the hygiene level of their processing plant. See video showing opening sealed bag till the insects are filtered. No one should buy this product from urban platter.

Not upto the mark and not satisfied
Requires quality and freshness for better baking experience. Urban platter must focus on its quality. Dough doesn't grow... Taste not good.
