Does this comforter stay on the bed, or is the material slippery so it slides off in the middle of the night?

It stays on the bed very well, and I’m a restless sleeper. The material is soft, but not slippery

I don't know the thread count. Doesn't matter to me because this duvet cover (in light cream) is beautiful, luxurious, fluffs up like a dream. The comforter will go before the duvet cover. And the shams make it perfect. Highly recommend it.
