Good Supplement

I wanted to try this to see if it can help with my cholesterol.It's only been a few days but it doesn't have a strong odor, but I noticed that I have a few non fishy burps. Hopefully I see a change when I do bloodwork again.

Low omega levels

I have started functional therapy, and I guess I have low omega levels. I like clean products that have been 3rd party tested, no metals and no artificial colors. I do not taste a fishy taste nor have fishy breathe. The pills are larger but they do not bother me, I am excited to see if there is a change in my brittle nails, brittle hair and hopefully I get better sleep since low omega levels can have these negative affects . I will keep yall posted !
