This stuff is good. I like to drink a warm cup at night before as part of my nighttime ritual to wind me down. I sleep better too! The cherry flavor is a little too tart.

This works very well, but the cost is way too high. Much cheaper in a big box store. Larger quantity and muh lower price

Directions say to work up to full dose. I have used one teaspoon for the past 5 days- and my sleep has already improved.

I feel that this product is very essential to everyone, it's very good and despite the bad delivery, I will be coming back for more. that does not mean that I will be happy about it. but I will have to endure to get this product.
