price wise it is competitive. i only started to take it so as for its effect i cannot rate yet. it will last for a month or so. Its 3 a day and there is only 100 caps.

Size does matter when taking pills
These are truly the only cod liver oil "mini's" I can take. The other brands of mini fish oil is larger and impossible for me to swallow.If anyone has this same issue, this is the brand to buy

the taste doesn't linger
I trust Carlson and the safe quality of their products. I always take fish oil for health reasons. The cheaper brands have side effects which I don't like. Carlson cod liver oil does not bother me. I mostly notice the difference in my mood and skin.

Good Quality
I’m certainly not an expert on supplements but I do read through all the ingredient rigorously whenever I’m ingesting something, this seems straightforward and clear of harmful additives. I started taking these about a month ago and maybe it’s in my head but I do feel less aches and pains when I wake up.
