Works great for stiff and aching muscles! Definitely happy to be taking this, as I bruise very easily. This stops majority of bruising on your body. Honestly, a great product and you can’t beat the price!

I purchased these arnica pills prior to getting my lip filler and they helped tremendously! I took them approximately 4 days prior to my appointment and barely bruised!

These did not seem to do anything for me. But maybe I did not take them long enough? Taste was great and easy to use.

Pros: - This price is the best value for the ck. - Tastes good - Fun practical container size of a Chapstick - Easy to take because they’re tiny and sit comfortably under your tongue. They take a while to dissolve completely so i crunch them up in my mouth so they can dissolve faster - works fast for injuries - bruises are a thing of the past - helps me deal with my overall chronic inflammation Truth: I dislike taking pills/supplements/vitamins because it feels like an extra chore to me. But I realized I prefer it over dealing with symptoms that get in the way of my life due to a condition caused by chronic inflammation. After having no success with past doctors I was able to get advice from a naturopathic practitioner and I now take this Arnica along with Ignatia, glucosamine, zinc, and drink plenty of water that I add trace minerals into. This cocktail along with consistent 7-8 hrs of sleep, commitment to prayer/meditation daily, and avoiding toxins, has taken my pain and discomfort from an 8 to 3 in the last month, and I still continue to make progress. I notice that when I consume more than a little bit of sweets my symptoms are worse the next day because of it. I’ve found that intermittent fasting helps me avoid that, while providing a handful of other benefits. My Patience has been tested at times but it’s paying off. I use this for my arthritic pain. I really see a difference in easier moving and being more flexible.

These are very good for pain relief, although they do leave a bit of an after taste but would definitely recommend

I was wondering, as can’t see it anywhere, what is the dosage? I’ve been taking 2 every couple of hours and hope that’s right lol Also it’s very easy to get them out, just hold upside down and slowly turn the top over your hand or a bowl or something to catch them.
