This is my story: I live in the desert and today it's 107 degrees and I work outside. So there are things I had to do to get the product to work in my Climate Zone. First you have to fill it with ICE Cubes 1/2 way. Then take Ice water from the Refrigerator that you put in the night before and fill up the Thermos and put the lid on. Get a rayon tubular sleeve that is lined with the silver thermal lining like a lunch bag and slip it over the thermos and zip it up make sure your is an Enclosed Zipper Pouch so no cool air can escape, and what you have is a really good product.I work outside and push a cart and it was 107 outside; I put my prepared Thermos under the top shelf to keep it out of the sun and worked about 4 hours out in the heat and carrying it from one location to the next and came home forgot about it and the next day looked for it in the house to refill it and that is when I discovered I had a good setup. I opened my Thermos and all the ICE CUBES HAD MELTED TOGETHER AND FORMED A BLOCK OF ICE INSIDE THE THERMOS, and I could not get it out which was fine with me I just re-filled it up with more ICE WATER and went to work the next day using the ice cubed block from the day before. So YES, I like the product but you do need to prepare like I instructed at the beginning of this review. Putting the Thermos in the fridge with tap water does not give you an ice cold result overnight either because of the way it's made. But you will have ice cold water in the heated elements if you do like I say. Also, I have no Idea where you would buy the sleeve at either I happened to find one in the work I do. I did not know they where even made until I found one so I will be looking for one too, to buy just in case. The one I found is made specifically for a Thermos this shape and size. Good luck and I would buy this product again. They should sell sleeves for them too I think. You will also need a bottle brush to clean the inside of the thermos , but it does come with a really small one to clean the inside of the flip top lids which there are two kinds but I only use the one. My water def stays cold all day. I don't leave home without it! I wish it came with a brush to clean the bottle.

Could've come with more then one option for water spout.

It DID NOT come with the straw cleaner, so I'm pretty disappointed.11/1/21I'm updating my review, the straw lid does not work at at. It's like it is missing a piece that makes it seal. I tried both of the straws that is comes with and just get air with both straws. I'm pretty disappointed with this bottle. I would not recommend.

I live in Arizona where it's really, really hot! I spend a lot of time at the pool, and was used to my water bottle being warm by the end of my swim. This bottle is so refreshing! I'm so excited to STILL have ice water at the end of the day. This bottle does everything it says it does.

My husband bought this for me after a $50 water bottle I was REALLY excited about turned out to crap. I carried this with me through labor and delivery, on a small road trip, and basically everywhere since then, even around the house. It keeps the water and ice good and cold for hours (at LEAST 12). I love the straw-top and the handle makes it easy to carry with a newborn in my arms. And the colors look like a sunset.

I bought this on a flash sale for my wife And so far so good it doesn't exactly what it says it does she puts ice in it in the morning and she comes home at night and it still has ice in it Even during a heatwave

The straw wasn’t the right fit .. can’t use it.. but other than that,, it’s great!!
