THERMOS Nissan Intak Hydration Bottle with Meter, Blue

I drink water all day long and have had one of these for probably 20 years. I've tried so many other water bottles and they just weren't to my liking. I kept returning to this one. It was completely faded. I dropped it more times than I can count and it kept withstanding it. I finally dropped it once too often. I was seriously heartbroken. I tried the other ones that we had around. They were terrible: they leaked, they didn't close properly, they had these straws that when you tipped the bottle, you couldn't get water. I finally looked at the bottom of my 20 year old bottle and saw the brand,etc. Just ordered a new one and I so love it that I ordered a second one. I cannot recommend this water bottle enough!!!

This is the second bottle like this we ordered. First one lasted for years but the plastic tab finally broke so the click to open and close didn't work well. Liked the first one so much we searched until we found the exact same model and ordered more. Only comment on this new bottle is that the blue is darker than the image shows. It is great for use in car or at desk while working as you can work the opening and closing one handed without needing to even look at the bottle.

The lid bumps me when I take a drink if it isn't in a certain position. The leak-proof design is based on the lid. I am afraid that it will snap off.

Pros: It's my absolute favorite waterbottle! It doesn't spill when drinking (spout is small enough to not spill over), cap can be locked in place with the fastener to prevent the button from accidentally being pressed and leaking everywhere, lid has a point where it opens so it won't smack you in the face while drinking.Cons: Cap is pretty weak on handling impact, and there isn't a replacement for just the cap... which is a total waste of an entire bottle.- I accidentally knocked my bottle off the table and it hit the floor and rolled. The cap wasn't locked in place at the time, so the button was hit on impact - opening it and water spilled everywhere, the hinge was bent slightly causing the lid to no longer properly seal, and the plastic bit that locks the cap into the button spot broke (a very tiny piece of plastic).- I'm disappointed that the top isn't durable enough to withstand impacts (people won't always have the cap locked - and this should be accounted for), and that there isn't a solo replacement lid available. Fave water bottle, but this is sad.

My favorite water bottle ever: after 5 years I left mine somewhere and I’m now replacing it with the exact same bottle. I’m so glad they still make this. It opens easily with one touch (nice when you are on a bike), closes tightly and NEVER leaks, and the drinking spout is perfect, not too big but not one of those tiny flip-up straws that make it seem like a child’s sippy-cup. The little handle hooks easily to a caribiner or keychain when you have a lot to carry. It’s the only water bottle I ever put in the same bag w/ my laptop and books.
