Cold weather trigger finger mittens in Olive Drab Green. They are size large and come with wool blend liners. The liners are for either hand. Great for hunting, or any cold-weather outdoor activity.

Terrific buy
As others have said, there is a matching set of wool mitten liners included. The palms are a soft, chamois type leather. I had no need of the trigger finger option, but it could help sometime with a task requiring some additional dexterity. I most often just curl my fingers up inside, which is an advantage of mittens. I was out recently in some -40(with wind chill)temps here in N IL. The mittens kept my hands warm and comfy, but I was out for less than 1/2 hour since the rest of me, especially my face(yes, with a face mask!)couldn'thandle that wind. They are surprisingly high quality, and windproof. Glad I bought them with the Winter we're having!.

Manly mittens
My hand get cold quickly and thought these would do the trick, I used them for snow blowing the driveway and even at 15 deg farenheit my hands got cold.

Perfect purchase for me
I needed somthing to keep my repeatedly [all my life] frostbitten fingers warm when walking the dog in sub-freezing temps. This pair wins hands down. There were two styles of trigger finger mittens offered. The price was so good, I bought both as a comparison. THIS one is ASIN B0036ZTDYA, the other is ASIN B002B93CVW. The main difference in the two are the trigger fingers on this pair are made of cloth and stow away nicely into a loop that is sewn into the top of the mitten. This allows the mitten to then slide easily down through the loop of the dog leash. With the other pair, the trigger finger is leather and is always exposed and in the way; so it's a no-go through the dog leash. Otherwise, they are both equal in warmth and effectivness. For an extra-super liner, I also bought the Fox River Double Ragg wool mittens from Amazon. This combination is fantastic for warmth and I am now very pleased. Thanks,MR

mittens not the same or as nice as picture
mittens came worn and leather palms were stained with something like grease or tar. I would classify them as used/fair/good condition, certainly serviceable, but definitely not very good/excellent condition . the ones I received were not like the picture with the nice tuck loop for the trigger finger, mine look a weird three claw alien hand, but they DID come with the wool inserts, in spite of the description that says they don't. bottom line - warm heavy duty mittens that I will use for snow blowing and xc skiing that replace my old pair that I had for 20+ years and went missing - so I guess they are OK for the 10 bucks I paid........and I do expect I will probably get a few good years of service from them.

These run big.
The large fits like a Xl. I would assume the medium would be a better fit. But i like the room it leaves in the finger box. If they fit To tight, that can reduce circulation and cause the cold to set in any way. For ice fishing they are perfect. And well worth the 30 bucks.

shite
the mittens are massively oversized and yet the thumb is too tight. these are extremely cold. i was out in 20 degrees for about 30 minutes and i had all of my fingers inside the middle of the mittens and my hands were in a ball. i wasnt even using the fingers and my hands were cold. if you use these youre at best going to have to buy 1 or 2 more liners... but they wont fit due to the small thumb. youre going to have to resew these mittens. they are garbage.

Made in 1951. Excellent design.
Brand new. Manufactured 70 years ago, but they didn't get to US troops who needed them at the Chosin Resevoir, Korea. Extremely well designed with tuck-away trigger finger and expand and cinch cuff that fits over your parka cuff. Inner woolen five finger gloves for laundering
