I have been taking Doctor's Best Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM with OptiMSM Capsules for more than 10 years and have had positive results with this supplement. I originally took this for my knees when going up or down the stairs and would feel a sharp pain in my knees. I am a senior citizen and also a walker. All in all, I have found that the Doctor's Best Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM with OptiMSM Capsules are recommended for many different reasons, and I have not found any reason to not recommend the product.
