Long lived headset
I have used my 2400 II Duo headset for over 5 years and only just started giving me problems, and I wore them daily...that's nearly 10,000 hours. The new one came with the phone QD cord but I ditched it because the processor that cuts down on background noise was causing me to have to speak much louder than I usually do. Old cord matched up perfect and business as usual. The ear cushion design doesn't hurt my ears like other designs.

Very nice headset for me it felt like it was too tight for my head. I had to return it. Return process was quick and efficient.

Have to buy an expensive adapter for it to connect to anything
Product description did NOT say that this doesn't work with anything as is. What looks like the USB adapter plug in the picture is hollow. I am very disappointed.

Great headphones for office phones / computers
These work with our Avaya IP phones in the office. Some of our faculty use them with their computers to create on-line content. I buy many of these per year for our university personnel. None have ever failed.
