An all around great product!
I absolutely love this headset! As someone who works from home and is on the phone the majority of the day I couldn't have chosen a better headset. I had recently bought a very inexpensive wireless headset and it was terrible! My clients kept telling me that I was echoing, sounded like I was in a tunnel and so on.... I then returned it and once again made the same mistake and bought another inexpensive wireless headset. I tested it out and it was even worse then the first one! I said to myself "I guess I am going to be stuck wearing a wired headset and I'll just have to deal with it...or so I thought lol. I asked my supervisor if he could recommended a good one to me and he told me about the Jabra Evolve. He knew how frustrated I was with the frequent headaches because my wired headset that my work provided was big and uncomfortable, I was chained to my desk and all I wanted was one that was "perfect" and allowed me to be free. The sound quality was important to me but the most important thing was for my clients to be able to hear me clearly. I trust my boss and if he says Jabra Evolve 65s are good then I am sold! He has the Jabra Evolve 75s and swears by them so I ordered the one I wanted right away! I got it the next day and couldn't wait to test it out. I was unsure of what the settings needed to be set to in my PC for the input and output and for the Advanced Sound settings. I Skype my boss and asked for help. He had me present my computer screen so he can see what the settings needed to be. I was so anxious to know if I sounded clear and was able to be heard. Soon after I did a test call to the bosses cell phone using the phone software installed in my PC which is Vontage . We had a minor issue at first because he could hear me but I couldn't hear him. Immediately I thought "Not again"! We did a few little adjustments and made another test call and my boss said I sounded perfect! I Immediately asked him, do I sound like I'm in a tunnel, am I echoing or is there a delay? He laughed and said "nope you sound great"! I was ecstatic, and relieved that I had finally found what I was needing and looking for. I now HIGHLY recommend the Jabra Evolve 65 wireless headset. The sound is great, and clear and that was most important to me. It is lightweight and comfortable to wear all day while working. Also, the fact that it has a mute button is awesome and it's simple to use and fast, all you do is hold the volume down button for a second, until you hear the beep and its on mute and you do the same to unmute. I am 100% happy and satisfied with my purchase, thank you Jabra for making such great products!

Best headset to use if you’re working in Starbucks, but the handle will break!
I had to buy a second one. I do all my work from the coffee shop and am frequently attending meetings online. I tried all type of high end ear buds and headsets, looking for one with the best noise cancellation mics so those on the other end will not hear any noise. This Jabra is by far the best for that purpose. The headset does not fit tight so I frequently have to adjust it, and I still hear some background noise. But as far as those I am meeting with are concerned, I am coming across loud and clear even though music and noise from the coffee shop is all around me.Also, after about 1 year of use, the handle just broke! But I still went out to buy the same Jabra, because I still work out of the coffee shop!

Functional but nothing amazing
Sound quality is fine for a VOIP headset. Voices are a robotic but come through clearly. For media, the sound isn't great... it'd be fine for background music, but isn't great for more focused listening as the quality is so so.Comfort drops off after prolonged use; if you're on one call and then off and can take the headset off it's not bad, but it gets a little uncomfortable after more than an hour or two.The Mic works great for Teams and calls via my cell, however Google meetings has very low volume with it.The battery life isn't bad. Not as impressive as I'd expected, but last the day on heavy use or a couple on lighter use.Build quality is light but seems a little flimsy, so issues so far but I'm just a week into using it.BT connectivity and range is good.Overall I don't feel it's a great value at one fitty US; I've had lower priced headsets with better comfort and performance, but we'll see how it holds up.

Lousy wireless connection, minimal range, not worth the cost
I don't normally review products, but this headset was absolutely horrible and demands a review. I bought it to use with my PC for online education via Go To Meeting sessions. I plugged it in and connected the USB cable to charge while listening to a training video and was impressed with the sound quality and fit of the headset. After the battery charged, I disconnected the USB cable and tried watching the same video again and had immediate distortion of audio and drop out if I turned my head slightly or moved away from the PC. The PC and BT transceiver are on my right side, about three feet away from the headset as I wear it. I walked about 10 feet out of the room, still in line of sight of the PC, and totally lost the signal, as announced by a pleasant voice in the headset.I switched the headset so the mic was on my right side facing the PC and the dropout rate was reduced but there was still occasional clipping of the audio. Then I placed my hands over the headset to adjust the fit and totally lost the signal again. Soon as my hands were removed, audio was restored. Put my right hand up to my ear and the audio dropped out or was clipped until I lowered my hand.I spent $200.00 on this headset for the "long wireless range" the device is supposed to have, but if it won't work sitting right next to the PC, then that's a problem.I have been using a pair of Plantronics Audio 995 wireless headsets that cost $50.00 and work 100 times better than the Jabra device. I've never had any dropout or clipping while sitting next to the PC and I have been able to walk out of sight of the PC and still maintain a weak connection.I went to Jabra's website for support, entered the model number, and called the number listed to see if they had any suggestions. The first thing the guy told me was that I contacted the wrong department. It's not like I used the yellow pages to get their number, if their website can't give me the correct number for the model I entered, well, that's their problem. So I told him the headsets weren't working right and since he couldn't help me, I'd return them and use the Plantronics that work much better out of the box.Bottom line, for $200.00 I'd expect something that works better, not worse, than the $50.00 Plantronics headset I have.Very disappointing.
