First off, let me start by saying this is a great product. I was very skeptical at first if this would leak or not. After changing out the traditional bolt The installation was very easy and straightforward. The thread quality is good and I didn't have to use much force to get it on. The overall function that this provides with how fast you can change. Your oil is amazing. Less mess means less cleanup. Also I would like to add recently. My wife had misplaced the hose and the connection piece for the drain. I contacted customer service about purchasing those parts. They immediately offered to send me some at no charge which is amazing. I would say if you're on the fence of ordering this product. Don't worry. Order it right now. Makes oil changes much faster and less cleanup

Put this on my car about 2 years ago now. Haven't had any issues with weather, or any concerns about the Drain Valve being lower than the OEM drain bolt. When connecting the drain "hose" it helps to heat up the motor, by either starting the car, or driving it around the block to get some heat into the engine "oil". Connecting the drain tube is really easy, to help drain the oil, you should remove the oil "fill" cap on the motor, you could also pull the "dip". Connect the drain tube, and let the oil flow into oil pan/container. Haven't had any issues with oil changes. I've put the valvomax drain on all 3 of our cars. Depending on the heat of the engine oil, sometimes you have to wait a little longer to drain every last bit, but since the drain tube is clear you see the flow of oil as it starts to decrease. Once done, remove drain tube, and wipe any residue on the valve. The weather proof, cap will go on and protect the valve end I wasn't so sure the cap would stay on the valve, with driving the car, and heat cycling the engine, my car does not have a under engine tray, so the bottom of the motor is exposed to the elements. I haven't had any issues. The only thing you will have to be concerned with is if you misplace the drain tube, since we installed the valvomax on 3 cars I have 3 drain tube to choose from but putting the drain tube in a secure place would be key to using the valvomax for oil changes Make sure you have a large enough wrench to install the valvomax drain, i think it was 22mm or 24mm, otherwise you should be all set. Install is a breeze, and draining your oil couldn't "cleaner". No mess and no hot oil on your hands.

Se siente una pieza de calidad en su hechura y materiales, ya tengo 5 dias desde que lo instale y no hay fugas de aceite que es la funcion primordial de un tapón de aceite, comprare otro para mi otro vehículo, producto altamente recomendable.

It's pricey but it will encourage you to change your oil which is, despite what the manual says, the lifeblood of your vehicle. The more you change it, the healthier and longer your car will last. This makes it uber simple and clean.
