Cute little kitchen addition
The media could not be loaded. Bought this little sandwich set to add to my daughters kitchen. She’s been very much into “cooking” lately and I thought she’d like this. There’s so many pieces to this and she loves playing with it. Everything feels to be good quality and sturdy. Although it is just felt, I don’t think I could’ve made this any cheaper without the details that are added. The “bread” is nice and plush and comes with enough to make 4 sandwiches or 3 sandwiches and a pita pocket. She uses this alongside the Melissa and Doug condiment set pictures and keeps herself occupied for hours. We’ll worth the money and I could recommend enough. It’s another Melissa and Doug product I know she’ll get use out do for years to come.

Amazing for toddlers.
I really enjoy giving my children Montessori style toys, that being said these are adorable. They were purchased as a gift for my 3 year old and she loves them. Lots of different "ingredients " that are well made and super soft. She can play with these for hours and not get bored with the multitude of combinations she can make. They definitely are great for dramatic play and activating imagination. I haven't really been disappointed with any of my purchases from this brand , so it would seem quality is definitely to be associated with Melissa and Doug products. Highly recommend!

Awesome set?
So many pieces, so so many. All kinds. This set has everything imaginable plus some. Several types of bread. Condiments. Proteins. Veggies. So much to do and so many ways to play. This set is great if your child is in OT. Lots of motor skills practice. We even use this set in speech therapy. Love the felt. This is such a fun set, a must have addition to your M & D collection.

Melissa and Doug Felt Sandwich Kit
I’m a huge Melissa and Doug fan, but this is the first set I’ve purchased for my son that I didn’t feel was worth the money. There are a ton of pieces and the bread items are cute, but the majority of the pieces in this set are plain colored felt cut in a circle. Had the back of the box not said what some of it was, I wouldn’t have had any idea, let alone my three year old. There are a few things that have vinyl on them to help look realistic (bacon, tomatoes, cucumbers), but not enough for me personally to feel like I got a deal. I usually don’t mind spending the extra on this brand because it’s so high quality and keeps my kids attention so well. Something that they could’ve added to help would’ve been a recipe card. My son has other kits that have recipe cards or the Dr kits have cards with “treatment” options too. This helps with the imaginative play. They could’ve easily added BLT, PBJ, etc to one of those reusable cards without making the cost go up significantly. This would’ve made this set feel more complete. Don’t get me wrong, my son still plays with it and I still like it, just fair warning that it is quite literally just a box of expensive fabric.

Great Toy
I got 3 of these for my kids for Christmas and they were an instant favorite. This toy comes with a variety of sandwich toppings so the combinations are endless. My kids enjoy playing with this toy and building sandwiches to pretend to eat.

Fun play kitchen toy
Love the different combinations you can make. Grand kids love it. My only concern is cleaning it and keeping germs off of it. Like most kids, they put these things in their mouth even though we are just pretending and I tell them "not in your mouth". Just happens with kids so not sure I like the fact that you can't just wipe them off like with plastic food type toys.
