Small powerful computer that is a phone
This phone is amazing. Totally ahead of its time. Serves me well for everything I do, trading, studies, work, business, signing contracts, teams, word, note.....etc, basically everything. Excellent buy, very much worth it.

Great value great phone!
I bought this phone renewed for 500. Pros: Immaculate condition. Accubattery reads 90% capacity for the battery. No marks or scratches that I can see anywhere. It looks like new. The price is less than half of what you'd pay for a brand new note 20 ultra. The packaging was great. Not the original box, but a good and sturdy alternative that included headphones, a sim eject tool but no charger! The screen is stunning and the audio quality is amazing as expected. Cons: I can't get the fingerprint sensor to work while using a screen protector. It works fine without a screen protector but I'm not about to let the screen get scratched. The phone seems ''slow''. Scrolling through youtube makes it stutter which is not what I was expecting from a 2020 flagship. I don't know for sure if there is a fault with the phone or if that's how all note 20 work(exynos 990 beware).

Broke after 8 months
To begin with, this product was left unsigned for and put on the doorstep in the rain. When challenged, the delivery driver (who my brother just caught), claimed he had no idea a phone was in the parcel. The product was adequate. It had a superficial crack on the back, but this did not bother me as I put it in a phone case. After 8 months, however, the phone stopped working out of nowhere. I was sat on the sofa with it and it just started glitching and then the screen did not come on at all. Unfortunately, the seller has been very unhelpful with regards to an explanation or an offer to fix it. I took it to a repair shop. The screw holding the screen on is so worn down that they struggled to remove it and ended up breaking the camera unit in the process (they did worn me that this may be inevitable). They have offered to fix the camera unit with no installation charge. That being said though, it will have cost £300 to fix along with a week of being phoneless whilst they wait for parts. This has really put me off ordering refurbished phones.

Absolutely thrilled with my renewed Galaxy Note 20 Ultra
I am absolutely thrilled with my renewed Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. The device arrived in impeccable condition, with absolutely no cosmetic damage – it looks and functions like brand new. Overall, this renewed Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has been a fantastic addition to my tech arsenal. It combines Samsung's signature style and performance with the value and quality I've come to expect from Amazon Renewed products. I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Finally got the phone I wanted.....but......
Received phone pretty much the next day. Maybe 2 can't remember. Phone is in immaculate condition. Looks brand new! After updating it to the latest software(s) (android 10,11,12, and finally 13, I realised the S pen doesn't connect at all. I think the S pen's battery is completely dead on arrival. The pen still works on the touch screen but the Bluetooth functionality doesn't work. Can't connect and never connected. I am going to have to buy another pen separately. Other than that, the phone is brilliant. Battery holds its charge all day. Can't ask for anything more for the price. Glad I waited instead of paying £1200 on release. Phone still holds up today compared to the s23 ultra. Few less features (camera etc but in the N20U you can still use micro SD cards which I love because I have carried one through all of my phones. Great service other than the issue with the pen but can't expect everything for the price.

Samsung behemoth
I've been nursing my Galaxy Note 8 through its ever decreasing battery life for a very long time, in the hope that Samsung would finally release a new Note with 4K screen, so that I can use my VR headset without the annoying 'screen door' effect. So what happened? Samsung decided to end its collaboration with Occulus instead. I suspect it was to deliberately spite me! And, as Samsung also didn't release a new Note this year, I bought this, older, Note 20 Ultra instead. I knew that I would be buying a refurbished handset. But I was okay with that. I tell everyone it's so that I can do my little bit for the planet by not buying new, and being in favour of recycling. But the truth is, I saved myself some money, and if Samsung release a new Note next year, I might take another look. So, onto the handset. It arrived in a plain generic box, with no frills and no accessories save an unbranded, generic USB charging cable. It does, however, have a 12 month, money back guarantee (reassuring). I am very pleased with my purchase. The phone is completely unblemished and, for all intents and purposes, looks brand new. Everything works exactly as I would expect, and setting up and transfer of data from my old phone was simple (but not quick!). The battery, whilst much better than my Note 8, still requires a charge throughout the day to give me a full day's use. But then, I do use my phone a lot. To be fair though, it is better. The process of getting the phone to work with every application as well as my old one takes time. But then, that's the same for every new phone; visiting websites that requires passwords, or online banking etc. And can't be done in an hour or so, but that's not the fault of the phone, more a fact of life now. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase, and would give serious consideration to buying from the seller again. Highly recommended.

Not sure I made the right decision
It came with all the apps. I have not transferred my info to it yet just been checking the battery time. Dissapointed I wish I had gone for a different phone. Now I am stuck cause I missed the 30 day return window. It's nice looking phone. I suppose I am anxious about remembering passwords and being able to get into my banking on line But this is all on me . Not the phone. really disappointing on how it says charged for. Am I expecting too much? Can someone tell me how long shd the charge shd last.
