Organic Reishi Mushroom Spores 30 Servings - 100% Pure, Premium and Organic Spores-Ganoderma Lucidum, Lingzhi - High Potency Triterpenes (30 Grams)

This seems to be the Reishi product I will be using in the future, mainly because it is straight 100% Reishi Spores, not Reishi Spores mixed with Reishi Extract or Reishi Spores mixed with Reishi Powder (though that is an acceptable mix if you want it like that, and the Mehdi does sell Reishi Spores mixed with Reishi Mushrooms). I want 100% Reishi Spores, because the Spores are supposedly dozens of time more potent that the Reishi itself. The Spores are, if I'm correct, the reproductive dust that form on Reishi Mushrooms, that blows away in the wind to latch onto another tree to start a new Reishi Mushroom growing. But in general Reishi is know as one of the most potent and powerful superfoods on the planet. According to the ancient book, "Shinnoh Honzohkyo", the Japanese name of the ancient Chinese text in which several hundred top health and healing plants and herbs are ranked. Reishi (Ganoderma Lucidum) destroyed all competition to take the coveted #1 spot as natures top health and healing herb.But, getting back to Mehdi Reishi, when you read their packaging, they call out other Reishi and Reishi Spores makers who are using fillers in their product. If they are calling it out, there's more of a chance they are attempting to create a quality product themselves. I consume daily smoothies, and the Mehdi Reishi Spores are in 30 individual little packets, that I add to my daily smoothie, so very convenient for me to take daily. I've only been using for a week, and I take in so many superfoods, and because of that, it's hard to evaluate the specific benefits of the product. What I can tell you, is the morning after I started taking Mehdi Reishi, I got a morning erection (sorry if TMI), I noticed that is something that happens whenever I start taking a quality product, or it happens when I take a couple of months off of one of my standard superfoods like Maca or Black Sesame Seeds. This also happened the last time I started taking Reishi Mushrooms (I actually rote about it in my Amazon review of the other Reshi Spores powder I purchased). The only way I can explain that is the Superfood gives activation to the body's Qi (pronounced "Chee") energy, and somehow ignites the body's energies. I'm kinda all up into this stuff as a self taught nutrition scientist, so it may not make sense to the novice. I know that is a bizarre way to evaluate a product, but when you come in tine with your body, you will feel those types of things.So I'm giving this product a thumbs up after only week of use, I was happy enough with the potential of the product , and "assuming" it is high quality, to email the Mehdi Amazon link to my best friend who is also into superfoods, I told him I thought this is a great product. I'm glad someone finally came out with a 100% Reshi Spores product.

We've tried all 3 Reishi products from Mehdi Reishi and find the overall quality exceptional for all 3. We've noticed after a few months of daily use that we've been getting much more restful sleeping, which has in turn energized us for our challenging and busy lives. Highly recommend this product!

I love these reishi spores! I am a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist and this product is high quality.The flavor is very mild and earthy. I love how the spores turn the hot water black. In TCM, foods that are very dark blue and black are good for the kidneys and that makes sense because the spores are the “seed” of the reishi Mushroom, and reproduction is ruled by the kidneys. So, these spores are not only beneficial for your lungs and liver, but your kidneys too! My only issue with the product is the packets the spores come in. It’s very difficult to open and get all the contents of the product out, and I often lose some product in my attempt. Otherwise, excellent reishi spores!

The media could not be loaded. The price you pay for this the packaging and delivery is perfection. But only time will tell if the benefits add up to the claims.I mix it with my coffee or put in a bottle of water and it does not change the taste.

Very difficult to mix up totally. Simply mixing in coffee does not do the trick and dies give off a bigger taste.

I have tried other brands and this one is by far the best. For one thing, it is all spores, not mixed with the mushroom itself. I love the pure earthy and mild taste.I've only been taking it for 10 days and I already notice that I sleep better. I also add some organic honey. It's delicious!

I felt no difference taking it and not taking it.
