Although quite an expensive purchase, although a lot cheaper than the shops. I decide to splash out as i had tested my daughter’s airwrap. It really is great, i used to get so hot when doing my hair previously. Also it is so easy to style now & stays in style for a few days, like when i have been to the hairdresser. Also it is much lighter to hold than a hair dryer which for me is great as i have a shoulder problem & i find it quicker to dry & style my hair. I would recommend it to anyone & believe it is worth paying a bit more . A very happy customer.

I am delighted to give this item a 5* review. It arrived safely via courier very quickly indeed, well before the date I was given when I bought it, and it is absolutely wonderful. My normal routine for my very frizzy curly hair was to let it dry naturally, taking several hours, then use straighteners. With this new Dyson dryer, it takes only 15 minutes from wet to straight and shiny. It has a really powerful dryer, and the accessories are well-made and do exactly what they are supposed to. I am thrilled with my purchase, and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. Thank you.

Was very poor quality counterfeit when delivered, although will packaged and lots of attachments, it failed to turn on, and Dyson's support team confirmed that this was not one of their products, recommending that the original manufacturer should be used to obtain legitimate product.

ordered this yesterday and it came the next day in the morning. I have thick south asian hair and usually find it difficult to style my hair in a short amount of time. I struggled to figure it out at first but once I got the hang of it I loved it !! also the colour is super pretty 💗

Ordered my Airwrap which arrived two days later , excellent customer service ! I’ve wanted one of these for so long , but the price really bothered me , however I took the plunge and bought it , thank god ! I absolutely love it ! It really is a work of art . I thought I Would find it difficult to use but not at all . I’m still feeling guilty for buying myself this expensive , genius hair gadget , but so glad I did !

I am astounded at the result - way better than I thought. I’ve got a lot of fine very long hair and curled i, and it turned out perfect first time! I dried it completely and sprayed the whole lot with heat protection spray, then did it in about 10 sections which took about 20 minutes. I let the whole head cool the shock my head gently (no hands other than to tweak). Then I sprayed with hairspray and voila! It stayed in all day.

I wish I’d bought it sooner. Just love it

I bought this airwrap as a gift and after reading some reviews decided I have to open it to see if it is genuine and all the parts are in the box. The delivery was secure with a OTP required. The box was undamaged and appears genuine. The interior Dyson box too appears genuine with serial numbers etc which I registered online and have had no come back regarding not being real, but not sure if I would get come back. All the parts were there. It’s in full working order. It’s quite beautiful actually… pity it’s a gift… my only complaint would be that it isn’t an UAE/UK plug, but I use multi plug points fortunately so this isn’t a problem for now. I would certainly update if anything seems out of the ordinary.

Received this purchase on time and seems genuine with all the parts and box available. There was even a travel wrapping kit included, which was a pleasant surprise. The only problem is that the revolving brush keeps dislocating when it tugs on the hair. Tried calling the seller several times to advise the issue but they don't pickup. So I'm satisfied with the purchase but not completely happy.
