How long can it be stored unopened before it expires?

I keep it in the refrigerator after I have cut it. My GUESS is that it is still good. I love this company and their products. If you haven't tried their pasta (order directly from them), do! I have been eating it for years.

How long will the panettone last past its best if used by 3/1/23 date on the packaging. We bought a few in January. Can it keep longer if unopened?

About 3 months. Before eating it, put it in the oven, at 150/175, for 5 minutes. This softens the butter in the cake mix.

Does this panettone have citron?

Cipriani Panettone is the best panettone that I ever experienced. Although I love citron, this panettone does not have any citron. Only raisins are mixed into this delicious treat.
