Good product and the shut off valves easily turns off and on. It's made of plastic or possibly polyurethane plastic, measures 1/2 inches. Easy to use and assemble. Would definitely use it for my plant sprinkler shut off valves!

Get rainbird instead
Ends are temperamental. The ends look like they screw down. They don't work as well.

These are decent shutoffs.They aren’t anything fancy, a little finicky, and if you have high water pressure it might be an issue.I think that they work pretty well in a low pressure hydroponic system.If you’re building a system on a shoestring budget then these could be good.Great price!
