The best
This is the best pan. You don’t even need to grease it to get anything out of it.

BEWARE: "PFOA free" claim misleading. Le Creuset warns of other non-stick chemicals on this item.
From Le Creuset's own ad for this very product, they clearly warn: "This product contains PFAS for its nonstick properties. Click here for more information." ... "Le Creuset’s nonstick coating contains chemicals from the PFAS family including PTFE, FEP, and PFA. These chemicals are listed as Priority Chemicals by the California Environmental Contaminant Biomonitoring Program (CECBP)." I'm sure that this loaf pan lives up to Le Creuset's outstanding quality and workmanship, but chemicals from the PFAS family in a home place birds at risk from the toxins that they can produce when heated in ovens. As such, I reluctantly returned it. I checked Le Creuset's web site to see whether the bread pan comes without a box, because this one came in a plastic bag instead of the usual Le Creuset box. That is when I found out the whole story about the non-stick finish and their link to the health warnings. The labeling inside the sealed bag revealed that something had been peeled off, leaving adhesive behind, leading me to believe that the item had been repackaged for sale after a price tag had been removed. As I pulled up the Amazon ad to gather information for the return process, I noticed that the price had also dropped nine dollars from the price that I had paid three days earlier. Fortunately, Amazon makes returns easy, and that money will be refunded. Perhaps I will apply it toward a Le Creuset bread oven (that doesn't use PFAS (eg. Teflon) non-stick chemicals). Le Creuset is incredible quality, and will last generations if properly cared for. I just wish that the ad for this item on Amazon had clearly stated the PFAS chemical usage for the non-stick coating instead of deliberately misleading by saying only that it is "PFOA-free". Le Creuset makes sure to mention the dangers on their web site for the item. This ad should be updated to reflect that important info.
