What an absolutely beautiful cut of wagyu beef. I am thoroughly impressed with the marbling on this bad boy. When, I got it, I honestly thought it was the wrong package from how large of a box it came in! Turns out it was wrapped in two layers of food safe bubble wrap with dry ice in it to keep the meat chilled. Now that's dedication to food quality.

This steak was unreal. Super tender, super flavorful—honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. I didn’t do anything fancy, just cooked it in a pan with a bit of salt, and it turned out amazing. It’s a bit of a splurge, but totally worth it. I’ll definitely be buying it again.
