Helpful for soothing sore throat
Helpful for soothing sore throat. Nice flavor, too, chewy consistency, slightly harder than a gummy bear

From a singer and teacher: These are worth it
I've been a professional singer, actress and voice teacher for 20 years. This is HANDS DOWN the best lozenge I've come across. The lozenge concept presents a unique set of problems that this product pretty much solves on its own. The Halls drops that contain menthol are useless if you have to perform while using them- I always caution my students that your throat will be so numb that you could hurt your vocal cords and never know it, so I never let them use any drop with methol unless they are at home resting.Halls Breezers and Ludens Cherry drops- these contain ordinary pectin and lubricate very well. But they always leave you a little "phlegmier" than before you started. I keep these in my studio for my kids, but they're far from ideal.I finally shelled out the money to get a 15oz tin of these and I am pleasantly surprised! A lozenge is not a substitute for resting, hydration and good voice care, but for minor throat irritations, cotton mouth that occurs with nerves, and phlegm that occurs naturally, these things are great! I think it's the food grade glycerin that lubricates but doesn't cause additional mucous. I'm also getting into voice over, and these help with mouth clicks and smacks resulting from dry mouth. It's just the right amount of lubrication and it really takes the worry out of performing if it's not a "great voice day."If there are about 175 of these in the 15oz tin, that comes to about a quarter per drop. Too expensive for me to keep in my studio (teenagers eat lozenges like candy just because they're there), but I will definitely tell my kids about them. I am going to make sure to stock up for myself! The shipping was actually pretty quick from London- 4 or 5 days, I think. Really great product!

God sent
These grethels pastilles are tiny literal miracle workers for your voice. I thought they were a scam at first but then I got them and I was actually shocked at how well they coat the vocals. Whenever I chew on them my voice starts feeling clearer and my mouth is less dry. Definitely would recommend for singers, professors, or to anyone that uses their voice!

Taste delicious, helps with throat *tickle*
I used to sing, all the way through college even. And I had heard about these, and just never got around to trying them.I work big events like concerts and f1 races, and during big things, like f1, it’s pound, and long hours, and dusty….and it’s reallllllly easy to lose your voice by race day. And I just needed something to help keep my throat from drying up.And then I remembered these. So I bought them. The taste? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I love little sweet treat and it’s like a super firm gummy bear. That’s the best way I can describe it. It was kinda like sipping on juice while I had it in my mouth. (kinda gross I know)But it WORKEDfirst year ever I didn’t lose my voice.I shared them with friends, they also loved them even just as a little candy.Because they LAST at while, and taste really pleasant. Sweet, but not TOO sweet.Kept them in my purse after, and now whenever my throat feels a little dry, or I know I’m gonna be talking a lot or loudly, or we’re having a karaoke night? I pop on in my mouth.100% will buy again

Wonderful! So delicious! Works to sooth my dry mouth, nicely. These are my favorites. Not too sweet!
I already loved the sugar-free Black Current version of these (made by Grether), but I also love this original version, made with sugar. Both versions taste absolutely fantastic--perfect, in fact! And they are a nice solution to my dry mouth. The difference is in the calories and the amount of sugar in the product, of course. This original version is sweetened with Glucose Syrup, Sugar, and Molasses--a nice change from America's ubiquitous "High-Fructose Corn Syrup"! I love that you can chew these for quite a while before they finally melt away, all the while enjoying the taste of that delicious black current juice with which these are made. This is the only fruit lozenge I like (and even the only fruit "candy" of which I like the taste.) And Grethers make so many more flavors, all of which I'm guessing will taste equally delicious!

Would buy again
Bought these because Ariana Grande mentioned using these before. Good for daily care, wouldn't consume right before singing as they have a light film and taste that stays in your mouth for a little while. Pleasant overall

Miracle?
I don't know if they are miraculous or if it's just autosuggestion, but they do work; my voice is less tired after taking these. It clears up the vocal chords a bit. But they're too expensive, I think. Vocal zone or throat coat would have the same effect with a much cheaper price...
