Bandai Hobby - Digimon - Machinedramon (Amplified), Bandai Spirits Figure-Rise Standard Model Kit

Seeing this model was an easy sell to me, however, I guess I wasn’t reading the description well enough to discover that it was actually a model kit. It’s been years since I’ve put a model kit together. Back then assembly usually involved glue, paint and crazy instructions.This snap together thing was surprisingly easy and fun. After a few steps it was assembled in a short period of time and it held together impressively well. Flexibility was also pretty impressive that the model could stand so well even without a support stand. Very satisfied. Hope to see more of these come out like MetalSeadramon and other mecha-based digimon. These model kits are an area that digimon seems to lend itself quite well to.

Amazing Digimon model. The whole body is very well articulated and easy to pose without falling over. Not very difficult to build as well, took me about 2 hours to complete Id say. It's a big model as well. Parts feel very sturdy. If your a fan of Digimon and the Dark Masters I'd say buy it! I hope they come out with a Metal Seadramon next

For my first kit of this size I thought it would be daunting. But no, the build was simple, the articulation and balance are amazing, and it looks good at just about any angle. Only true issues are that the stickers don't like to stay in place on his knees and that I probably cut off a bit too much wire in the tail. But that's more of a me thing.

So takes about 4 hours if you follow the directions. Super cool, nothing but compliment. It's a big boy though, much bigger than the other models I have made. I have it in a crouched position and it still towers above the rest. My favorite Digimon and the best Digimon. Great but for me

This is a model with great detail and posing ability as well as a great new design for Machinedramon. But if you do get this, be prepared to put in the work putting it together. It's not super difficult but you need to pay attention to each detail and step of the instructions to make sure everything is in and put in the right place. I'm not a big one for models I need to put together but I was still ultimately satisfied with the experience and the end result.

There's a lot of pieces and the instructions are just ok. That said, a friend and I had a blast assembling it one afternoon.It's quite posable and arrived in pristine condition. I also hear you can paint it but the metal-looking plastic is pretty good right out of the box (once assembled) due to all the details. It's decently sized too - not too small :)
