Good design firm where they need to be not hard, they fit my shoes , arch support is works well my heal fits I’ll have to wait and see how long they last.

For starters I would advise buying several brands in your size and feel how they work, return the inserts that do not work for you . I do like the heel pad, very nice, I had heel pain (burning pain) it's gone. As for placement I put them under the liner/cushions in the shoe just as Natural Foot Orthotics recommends. These work for my size 13 feet, are mostly solid on the bottom so no collapse is possible and if they do not hold up just buy more at this price point and the care of your very valuable feet its a deal I have a pair if the Natural Foot Orthotics but 99 bucks a copy is not good . I have froze can goods and rolled them under my feet when I 1st read about doing that I laughed, when my arches were burning I quit laughing. I have had pretty bad plantar fasciitis at one time. The thing to do is stay in front of it with daily stretching. When you actually mess up and get plantar fasciitis wear a sock every nite with tape around your foot ( not a lot of tape) once around the ankle and 3 times around the foot to keep tension on the tendon and then stretch your foot with a belt before you set your feet on the floor. It can take months to get over. At the very least 2, the sooner you start the better buy plenty of tape. Don't wait do it!

I’m a size 6.5Women and these fit perfectly. they have some flexibility which works great for workouts/gym/sports. I was originally using their 3/4 BLUE running inserts with NO flexibility and they started to hurt my feet when doing workouts, they still work for walking/casual wear. But I’ll use the YELLOW ones for exercise/sports/gym.

Kind of skeptical but for day 1 it's a winner. I'm on my feet all day with steel toe boots and on concrete. Good support and wore them all day. Like they only go 1/2 of my foot. Feet felt good after all day use. Nothing to get used to since I've been wearing orthopedic from Dr for years. Not sure how long they'll last but for now they're good!

I thought these would be more comfortable than others I have tried but they were about the same.

These inserts are better than most I have bought.

I bought these shoe inserts July 10, 2019. I didn't want to review them till I tried them for a while. So, after 8 months, I feel I can highly recommend these shoe inserts if you have flat feet & planter fascitis like I do. After wearing expensive orthotic insert for several years, I started trying to find something that would work without costing so much. After several failed inserts, I tried Rooruns. They give me great arch support & great cushioned heels for my planter fascitis. I just recently purchased 2 more pairs of inserts for other shoes. Thankfully they haven't changed them.

Good high arch and metatarsal support. Deep heel cup keeps the high arch from pushing my foot over laterally so I’m not trying to walk on the side of my foot.

Son plantillas que pueden resolver una emergencia, cuando uno no tiene plantillas hechas a la medida y necesita usar algo para aliviar el dolor. O también colocarlas en un tipo de zapato que no admite plantillas completas. No provocan molestia alguna, aunque no son igual de efectivas como las que se hacen por encargo.

I just love them. They work perfectly for me. For many years I had my orthotics made, but I decided to try these in a pair of sneakers. They were so comfortable that I bought another pair to fit in a pair of boots and again, they worked perfectly so I’ve been buying these in the last few years and I’m totally happy with the result. I recommend them.

Utilisé d abord 1 an en planche à voile à foil pour réduire la pression sur le talon et éviter une fasciite plantaire. Même ainsi en milieu aquatique dans un bottillon la semelle n a pas bougé, pas de décollement Puis testé en trail montagne, idem la semelle reste bien en place, très confortable, réduit la tension du tendon d achille ( et le risque d inflammation donc ) J ai commandé une seconde paire pour la ville au quotidien. Très agréable une réussite

Have been using these for a few years now. Can't wear my walking boots without them. Very comfortable and supportive. Will buy again if they ever wear out.

Geweldige zolen. Ze zijn beter dan de zolen van de orthopedisch schoenmaker want die waren veel te hard waardoor ik alleen nog maar meer klachten kreeg. Deze zijn stevig waar ze stevig behoren te zijn en zacht waar ze zacht behoren te zijn. Aanrader!
