This is the finest I've had. Chewie and clean. The health benefits are wonderful too; loaded with iron and so many other nutrients. Frankly, I have not used as a bacon etc. I eat dulse from the bag like popcorn while watching a film. Not too much as it is so tasty I suppose you could do a bag at a sitting. Don't. This nutrient powerhouse is best in 1/2 once (and that's a big helping) indulgences. You either like it's day-at-the-sea flavor or you don't. I share and have black and white responses. Try this brand/sea veggie, and if you like it, you will have discovered a wonderfully healthful treat. Texture is kinda like fruit leather and its taste is smokey sea. That's the best I can think to describe. I did 'toast' a few small pieces in toaster oven (350 for 5 minutes) and got a crunchier version with same delightful taste.

Tastes great in smoothie, fresh & blends well into smoothies (what My husband & I mainly sue ir for). It rocks - We highly recommend it.

To me, the gold standard for whole leaf dulse is Maine Coast brand, but this is close and is better priced. The leaves are noticeably thicker than MC, but the flavor, freshness and quality are on par. Highly recommend!

I’m lucky I still have teeth. Tastes great, super healthy, but it’s real gamble. Basically inedible. Lots of minerals though.

I've only bought one package of this dulse at the time of this writing, and I have nothing to complain about. So far I've only used about half the 4oz package and I have not found one trace of shell fragment, gravel or hard dense matter; and I've been very carefully watching for it based on other review comments regarding this issue. I have notice a small amount of the white residue but this doesn't concern me. I've noticed this residue with other brands of dulse and as the manufacturer states, it is a harmless residual that forms naturally due to the salts present in the waters where the dulse grows; others that have reviewed this product mistake it for being mold or mildew. Aside from those comments, I feel this is a quality product and I plan to purchase it again. I do recommend others try it!

If you need a good source of iodine and don't eat alot of fish like me, buy these dulse flakes. You can sprinkle them over stews, eggs (looks weird), or anything, really. They taste just slightly salty and I have been told dulse sort of tastes like bacon. I am not sure I agree with that, but maybe if prepared right it might. Good iodine sources are not easy to come by so get these flakes and rest your mind that you are helping your thyroid do its job.

Super Produkt. Tue es täglich in meinen Heavy-Metal-detox-Smoothie. Und für die Knabberlust zwischendurch, wenn ich Lust auf was salziges habe. An den Geschmack hab ich mich erst gewöhnen müssen, jetzt lieb ich die Dulse. Aber bestimmt nicht für jeden ein Genuss pur gegessen ;)

These make a great snack, salad topper or soup addition. Great when the salt tooth hits. Approved by my 2 year old daughter as well which was a plus. So far no shells as is common with seaweed, but I do keep looking. Will purchase again.

This stuff is delicious! Nice thin and chewy texture. Wonderful for those of us who just enjoy eating it. Personally I could feel my thyroid just delighting in it!
