Sturdy, Reliable and Effective Yard Tool Holder
I love how this tool holder grips the handle of your yard tools and holds it at any height you wish against the wall. It is easy to install and this all metal model is extremely sturdy and strong for holding all your yard tools. I had a plastic model that must be at least 30 years old and still in fine working condition. I got this metal model as I needed another tool holder for my shed and it promises to last even longer as it seems extremely well designed and built. This is my favorite way to hang tools in a garage or shed. NO Peg-boards for me, I want holders that don't fall off the wall when I remove and use the items. This is perfect!

Works as advertised
The only reason I used four instead of five stars for this product concerns a small part of the collapsible hooks that hold your tools. The hooks themselves are very strong and sturdy. However, the horizontal part of the hook that attaches to the body of the unit is held in place by being inserted into a small channel where the hook is then held in place by a small, rubbery cap that comes off with only a minor bump of the hook. In everyday use, this shouldn't be an issue, but it did extend the installation time when the little black caps, which are easily dislodged, would get bumped off and, obeying Murphy's law, faithfully travel to the most inconvenient place to retrieve them. This only happened a few times while I was installing this device. Admittedly this is a nit. The product is excellent value, very strong, and, with this possible exception, very well made.

Sturdy
I went with an all-metal holder so that I would have to worry about the weight of the items I put on it. It also has lower hooks that are useful to hang small light items. My biggest issue is that the mounting hole spacing means that it is nearly impossible to install two side by side and physically impossible to install all 3 in a row. If you are installing and not worrying about stud locations, this would be fine. However, I think that most people will be installing onto studs and this isn't set up well for this. I had to do mine with one installed on studs, skip a stud space, then install the second. For the third one, I used skipped stud space and just went about 6" lower than the other two. Overall, a good sturdy product, but one that suffers from a poor mounting design.

Great garage organizer!
It was everything I hoped for and more. Very sturdy. The rubberized hooks securely hold items, even in cold weather. I especially liked that it came in 3 sections so I could get better utilization out of it. I did not use the molly screws that came with the kit because I mounted the strips (with 2" wood screws) to a 1" thick board that was securely mounted to the garage wall. It's easy to hang up and remove the tools. Would buy again and would recommend it to others to use.

Good concept and works ok but needs Improvement
I purchased three of these because I hate plastic. They work, but I do have a few issues: 1) they recommend mounting these on studs, but the hole spacing does not allow more than one screw to be in a stud and the screw anchors provided are not very good for drywall. I used my own screws and anchors. 2) many of my tool handles slip in the rubber coated C brackets over time and eventually fall out. The rubber used does not provide enough friction. I have a push broom with a 1” diameter wooden handle, it will fall out within two days if hung with the brush end down. If I hang it with the brush up, it slips down until the brush brackets hit the holder. I’ve tried hanging it on several different holders with the same result. I would prefer the brush to be down or at least a foot above the holder to allow efficient spacing, but I’m living with it resting against the holder. This is happening with my shovels also. 3) The rubber coating on several hangers has torn where it contacts the tool handles. None of my tools exceed the recommended maximum weight or handle diameter. 4) I don’t like the little rubber end caps that attach to the end of each C bracket at the pivot end. They are too loose and come off very easily. It’s a good concept and works ok, but it needs improvement.

Organize those tools!
If you're needing a storage option for your tools, buy this one. It's among the cheapest, and it works great! Those are the two most important things to me when making a purchase, and if they are for you too, you'll love this. Plus they're super easy to install (I had them up in minutes). Your garage/shed/wherever you currently have a tangled pile of tools is going to look so neat and organized once you have these babies. I highly recommend.

Just what I was looking for!
UPDATE: The first set of these I got were great overall but the second set have a real problem. The top part of the hooks that slide into the bracket are too short and the little rubber caps keep falling off. They need a better way to secure the hooks to the brackets. I've lowered my rating to three stars. These are exactly what I was looking for. They are made of sturdy metal, not plastic, easily installed, and hold a lot of items.I would have given this 5 stars except for the fact that I agree with Randy Anson that they suffer from an easily fixed design flaw. It is difficult to install the pieces next to each other. Since each section has holes at the 16 inch stud space, trying to install them side-by-side means you may miss this next stud.I solved this issue by leaving some space between them and securing the middle piece using the center hole on the stud. Worked out fine and I am quite pleased with the product.Note to company: please fix this simple issue.

Great organizer with 1 flaw
This is a great garage yard tool organizer, very sturdy metal. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is 1) bc all the hooks need to be bent in a bit before putting tools in them otherwise some tend to slide out and 2) the way the hooks are held to the actual bracket itself are just the rubber nipples on the end of the hook. If they pop off, then its just pure friction that holds them there, but I don't imagine much movement anyway. Overall, I would buy this product again and recommend it to anyone looking.
