I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The product quality is very poor and not at all what I expected. To make matters worse, there is no option for replacement or return. This is very frustrating, especially when shopping online where we rely on return policies to safeguard against such issues. As a Prime member, I expect a better experience and support. Forcing customers to keep substandard items without any recourse is unacceptable. This experience has seriously shaken my trust. I hope the seller and platform reconsider their policies to prevent others from going through the same.

They took a while for it to grow on them but they absolutely love it. It's soft, thick & light. The size i ordered is good for 2 kittens to snuggle together easily & an adult cat would easily curl up in it too. It can be used from both sides & the needs a piece of fabric under it if you put it on a slippery surface. It's an excellent investment for the price!

Best purchase I have ever made. My indie Luna loves it. Extremely soft, durable, bright colour, fit for my medium size dog. Soft fur which is good for dogs, she feels cozy. Material is durable.

This cushion fits bottom of crate perfectly as expected. Corner elastics hold it in place. Makes a perfect spot for a small dog to curl up in.

Our elderly cat likes to sleep on the table and we wanted something comfortable that we could also use in her crate. This fleece cat bed is a perfect size and she took to it immediately. Too early to comment on washing or durability, but it seems well made.

I know this product has measurements on it, however it was still smaller than I expected, I do have a Chihuahua which is an XS dog and it’s okay, but I wouldn’t recommend if you have a dog any bigger than that. It is also a little hard, not overly soft and quite thin, it’s fine for summer however will probably have to get a new one soon as my dog doesn’t love it.
