6 oz Modern Masters ME190 Statuary Bronze Metallic Paint Collection, Satin Water-Based Decorative Metallic Paint

The tiles in my bathroom shower looked like they needed a good cleaning so I sprayed CLR on them and waited about 10 minutes to rinse it off. Well, the tiles look great but the decorative tiles were stripped of some of their color (see photo above). It turns out that the decorative tiles are not porcelain but rather resin. Our tile guy quoted us $1000 to replace the decorative tiles as well as the tiles in the middle of the design. With nothing to lose, I ordered this bronze paint and as you can see from the pictures, my husband taped all around the decorative tile. He used two coats of the bronze paint ( and we still have at least 7/8 of the jar left over) and once it dried (it was quick) he went over it with two clear coats of polyurethane. The tile looks absolutely beautiful, even better than when it was brand new. We did this a few months ago and it still looks good as new. Even our tile guy was impressed that it turned out because he had said there was nothing that we could do to fix it except replace it. He took a picture of the paint jar and said he’d recommend it from now on. I’ve use this paint on all sorts of decorative items that I wanted to paint bronze and everything turned out beautifully.

I use this paint to paint chandelier medallions, it looks just like metal. I differently recommend this paint to anyone who looking fora metallic paint that I feel is 5 stars.

This color was supposed to be Statuary Bronze, which is a standard color name. I just had an item powder coated in Statuary Bronze, and this product does not match at all. It appears to be more Copper colored. Amazon was outstanding and quickly refunded me.

I TRIED USING THIS PRODUCT WITH STENCILS ON A MIRROR. WHEN YOU PEEL OF THE STENCIL , THE PAINT COMES WITH IT. IT'S FUSTRATING TO USE. SORRY I BOUGHT IT.
