This was worth a shout out. I saw this as a gamble of a purchase and it is anything but. My dad even thought I would use this once and throw it out or return it. I think he is buying one now. I am on the road for 3 months traveling for a video blog I am doing and am not a 'chain barber shop' kind of guy. I do not mind my hair getting a little longer than usual but the sloppy neck stuff won't fly. This solves the problem and it's LEGIT. You just have to hold right and put it under the hairline like they say on their site. Their directions and packaging were really well done- I would absolutely recommend to follow the directions. They were easy anyway. Every dude needs this.- Matthew Wurnig

This was a nice surprise. My buddy owns a barber shop and asked me to bring it in so he could see it.  He was actually impressed and I thought he would think it was a joke.  There is a learning curve of 1-2 shaves. The company is upfront about that on their material though, otherwise I might have returned it.  I do recommend to follow the instructions like it says since I have never shaved with something like this. I used my ring fingers instead of the pinkies in the loops.  Seemed easier. Really nice package and the thank you card was a really nice touch. Worth a review.

My husband has had me shave his neck for 10years and I finally something like this has come out.  With all the women that had to do this and shaving gadgets invented you would think Gillette would have put this out long ago.  It's a nice package and he used it right away.  It seemed very simple and just hangs in the shower so it's out of the way.  The 1year of razors all coming at once is less shipping and waste too which I thought was smart.  The thank you card that was signed was nice to receive.

My husband loves this.  Once he got the hang of it he started using it almost everyday.   He sounded like some of the guys comments in other reviews we read too and somewhat had to ‘learn it’ but the videos make it easy. You cannot tell he needs a haircut now until it is hanging over his ears.  I would shave his neck 2x a week before so this actually turned out to be a great gift.  The response email I received to a question was extremely nice.

Besides how innovative and practical the product is, the customer service is astounding. I personally was in contact with the owner Phil and although it is Christmas he was able to answer questions I had - you dont get that from most companies. I would recommend this product to anyone!

To preface, my wife and I share this account. As for my review: The customer service answered a question (promptly) yesterday. Being the Saturday after Christmas I had to give this company some words. I got this as a gift from a relative. It does look a little 'As Seen on TV.' The videos are helpful but I wanted to make sure I didn't mess up my hairline so I emailed LVL. I'm into grooming blogs so this was intriguing. Within an hour I got a detailed response and video to help. Impressive. You have no shot at messing up the neck shave they promise. The razor actually does not touch the hairline and the directions are easy. Holding it as they show is 90% of it. My other face razors (I use Supply) are really heavy and metal so at first it almost feels cheap. It's light but I can see its made that way for a reason. It's a keeper. Only complaint is I do not see refills on Amazon yet and it looks like they will be needed.

Shaves so well. Came in a really nice package so giftable. Quality is really good plus it has a good amount of spare heads. It’s a nice value pack!

This was a great product which I received just in time. During this pandemic my son hasn't wanted to go to a barber shop and so he has been cutting his own hair ik scary and this has become so handy with cleaning up the back of his neck.
