I must say that I usually don’t like wearing silicone products or primers because I don’t like the way they feel. That being said, I have ultra sensitive skin and also now have seborrheic dermatitis (which i think was started by wearing isdin sunscreen for months but can’t be sure) and I have tried over 30 “mineral” sunscreens all causing the same reaction sooner or later. This product feels just like a traditional silicone based primer but I figured I’d try it since it has only a handful of ingredients which is hard to find. Also, the tizo website states that this has no chemical sunscreen filters in it, which almost all the other brands don’t say (they just say “all mineral” from what I’ve seen but then still have some form of chemical filter such as butyloctyl salicylate that still causes reactions for people like me). I also appreciate that this does not contain phenoxyethanol. So, I’m adjusting to the silicone feel and using this and so far I haven’t had any reaction to it. It’s only been two weeks but so far it’s not making anything worse. I hope this formula doesn’t change because it’s perfect for people with ultra sensitive skin. If you are someone who likes wearing primer and is used to that, you might actually love this. I will say it allows my makeup (on days I can wear it) go on much more smoothly and hides pores and creases well. It does go on very smoothly. And when worn alone it has a slight blurring effect which is also nice if not wearing makeup. It doesn’t make my skin feel greasy or oily and it is pretty easy to wash off compared to most mineral sunscreens.

This is my holy grail facial sunscreen, the only one I've ever used happily and daily. My skin is oily, sensitive, and acne prone. Before this one, every facial sunscreen or primer I've ever tried made me more oily and or more broken out, so I tried getting by with just the SPF that's in my foundation. However, I learned that the amount of foundation I would need to use to get the full sunscreen effect from it was much, much more than the sheer coverage amount that I prefer aesthetically. Saw a dermatologist last year who gave me a sample of this product in the tinted version. The tint looked a little weird on my fair skin, but I noticed that it provided really nice oil control throughout the day and may actually have lessened my breakouts! Decided to try the untinted version, and this one is a winner for me! This product with a small amount of IT CC+ over it looks fantastic, doesn't settle into pores or lines, protects my skin from the sun, and makes my foundation last all day. When I wash my face at the end of the day, it feels like it's been protected, and is not at all irritated. This is truly a new experience for me--a real miracle product in the way it meets my so many of my skin's needs, and far exceed my expectations.

This sunscreen does its job INCREDIBLY well, it's kept my face matte/makeup set after full days of hiking, and I've never gotten burned through it. Like a lot of similar sunscreens, it takes a while to rub in. It has a similar feeling to the Smashbox (makeup) primer, which is not my favorite feeling. HOWEVER, I don't feel like the product is uncomfortable on my face, I don't think about it AT ALL after putting it on. The texture of rubbing it in is just weird to me, which might not be unique to this product. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone.

I'm 45 with oily, acne prone skin. I also am getting more and more fine lines. I've had trouble finding a sunscreen for my face that doesn't break me out or start out shiny/greasy or get more greasy throughout the day. But, this sunscreen has been great! It goes on like a dream with a light smooth satin-y texture. It mattifies and looks very nice on my skin. I'm very fair and it doesn't seem to have much of a white cast, but with my skin, I'm not too worried about that anyway. I'm not sure how this will look on darker skin. I do feel like it blends in nicely and is ready for makeup in no time. All my concealers, blushes, powders etc. look nice over it. I've given it about a month before writing a review and as far as I can tell it has not given me new pimples or clogged pores. And I can say I think it keeps my skin less oily throughout the day! I squeeze about a one inch line out to do my entire face. The bottle is not big and I know this is pricey, but for me it's worth it! And honestly, I think this will last me three to four months. I highly recommend giving it try!

I wanted a primer with mineral based spf as chemical sunscreens always made my eyes sting. This is the real deal. It has amazing texture that melts into skin and leaves it matte and just tacky enough for foundation.

Me encanta este bloqueador solar, ya van varias veces que lo pido. No reseca la piel y deja una textura mate. Al principio deja un poco blanco pero al poco tiempo se absorbe.

Me encanta este bloqueador. No me deja la cara grasosa y funciona muy bien. Me encanta que no tiene tinte. Lo único a considerar es que reseca un poco la cara, es importante acompañarlo de humectante!

Jamás había sentido una textura de bloqueador como la de este protector. Es súper suave, con una textura deliciosa y se absorbe muy rápido. Deja el rostro un poquito blanco pero a mí no me molesta.
