Our dog walker recommended we use this tag and its platform. It's easy for her to update us on their location and manage all her dogs. There are several parks they go to and she just scans the tag when she arrives at one of them to show her location and we get an email immediately. So we can pick up our pets from the park after work. We received our tags the next day after we ordered, our dog walker helped set everything up and the location is pretty spot on. We tried for one day so far and it worked out great. And she even posted couple pictures of our dog while she was playing with them, and I can check them at petdwelling.com’s platform. Their tags are amazing, quality, inexpensive and easy to work. Love the product and concept. My dog walker strongly suggested we leave this feedback for all the pet owners.We bought nearly 10 pcs from this seller, so far so good. We love their website. We upload all the contact info and videos on the profile. Also found several pet neighbors. We have found five pet friends hang out over the weekend. Cute, sturdy, easy QR set up.

I purchased 3 of these for my 3 small to medium sized cats back at the end of October 2016, As of the writing of this review 1 of them recently lost the white disk attached to the back while the other 2 so far are doing fine. Many on here would consider this a negative however, please this is my experience.The customer service for the company that makes and sells these tags is probably one of the BEST that I've come across in a long time. I emailed them with my concern a couple days ago to which I received a prompt response as soon as they got in that morning. As of the writing of this review the company has gone above and beyond in my opinion to make-it-right by replacing the original tag as well as providing one of there other tags as compensation for my inconvenience. This everybody is how a company should react when something goes wrong and I wanted to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation.To review this productYou will receive a metal tag made of nickel with a plastic white disk in the back that has the Q-Code on it as well as the info on how to activate your pets profile. This tag is similar to a microchip but for the fact it's attached to the pets collar and not injected under their skin. I would recommend using both to have a dual layer of protection since tags can be removed and only by a chip can you prove ownership. The advantage of the tag though is that anybody can scan the Q-Code using their cell phone while a chip requires a trip to the vet to read which someone might or might not do. Please keep in mind that you have to create the profile and then activate the tag so both steps must be taken to ensure the code will work after scanning. Yes I've tested all of mine to ensure they all work.The web site profile is basic. However I personally likes that I can see other pets around and follow them as well as they can follow my pets. Kinda reminded me of a basic facebook for your pets. You get to have total freedom by putting whatever pictures you wish without or without comments as to what it is and all the pictures are posted on the community "board" for everybody to see.This tag will not "track" your pet and that is NOT what it says it will do. This tag will provide the location information of the tag when it's scanned by someone allowing you to determine where your pet could possibly be or their general location. I do recommend it for pets though not for other uses. There are different tags for other things medical, reason is because whatever you post on your pets profile is public on the community page.

It is a good add-on, but I wish it were a little better. Scan notifications are sent to a single email address, there isn't an option to add more. There is no app for notifications. The free plan that comes with the tag will only save single most recent scan address at a time. You get 50 scans a month for free, if that matters.With 2 dogs and a family of 4 it would be nice for every family member to receive scan information. If you are not aware that your pet is lost you are relying on 1 person to regularly check their email and for the finder to notify you with the information you provide. After becoming aware of the email, the other 3 family members would have to go to the website to receive information faster. We have Apple air tags to track and they are also chipped. We all hope that a stranger will do the right thing.

Was great for a little bit until it broke off of hoop

I purchased this a year ago for a dog we adopted from the shelter. She does a lot of hard running and playing and it still looks new. I have tested the connectivity of it and it does tell you right where the tag is located.
