Sports Research Sweet Sweat 'Workout Enhancer' Gel

Love this stuff! Don’t feel like I get quite the workout if I’m not wearing this. I sweat more, my core temp increases, between this and my pre workout, I get one heck of a workout. Goes on smooth and gives that soft glowy look to skin. Best to wash hands with soap immediately after running on to ensure it doesn’t get everywhere.

I was not paid for this review. Just feel as it's time to review the products.I seen this before a freind of mine who I run with told me about it. So when I first got the belt they sell and it had a sample of the sweet sweat gel and I tell you what I orginally had the mindset of this is nonsense won't do anything but after having both the belt and gel for a week I noticed a difference as far as sweat as well as water loss.I can't comment on the other products as I went with what worked and ordered the 20 sweet sweat pack sample again and the product works.But for the band and the gel to work you must actually put in the time and effort into the work out there is NO SUCH thing as a miracle cream that you rub on and think a 15 minute run will actually change anything.If your in that mindset and think that it'll work when you don't apply any work into it obviously it will not do anything as you didn't bother to do anything sorry not sorry.I run an hour every day in the morning and then I also run about 35 mins before bed. The product honestly works as I've compared the water loss in a normal run without to a run with.With the scale I have it is extremely accurate so to see if there was a change as far as water loss aka sweat to when I didn't use it to when I did it was about 1.5 pounds loss in sweat compared to about 3.5 pounds of water loss with the gel and band.That's all I have to say take it for what it is if you actually put in the effort it will work if you don't there won't be any difference as far as people saying how difficult it is to wash out that's rubbish unless you work out and let it sit and not wash off right after the workout.Overall I'd say its 4.5 out of 5 and remember you get what you give. Give minimal effort you'll get minimum results and think it doesn't work. Apply effort you'll see the results I'll update this with pictures when I get the chance.

it worked and made me sweaty

I love sweet sweat and how it works. The product does what it is suposed to do. BUT the reason I give this bottle 3 stars is because it lasted me about 3-4 weeks. The first time I bought this product I bought it in the jar form and that lasted some about 6-8 months. I’m a body builder and I use it daily and not just on my stomach but on my legs, arms and back. I was extremely disappointed that I paid 28 dollars for this. My reasoning for trying it in this bottle was because I wanted a mess free application. I do not recommend buying sweet sweat in this form. Go buy the jar form for just 10 bucks more and more product. I understand that it’s less product in this form but you would think for 28 bucks it would at least give you a 3 month supply.
