Working in kitchens my whole life, I've used many of these knives. The problem is, all thier handles are too small for my big hands. This one is perfect for my hand size, but anyone can use it really, maybe it's the shape. This is the perfect knife for cutting grapefruit, goes right through the fruit with ease, be it around of cutting each piece, this is that knife. Nice stainless steel handle, smooth grip, not slippery, it looks great. I don't see needing to buy another one anytime soon, and it I do, I'll another one of these. Great value for the money.

I moved and lost my previous grapefruit knife. This one is wonderful—nice and sharp with a cover. I am happy I bought it.

The grapefruit spoons looked like they might be to sharp in your mouth but it isn’t. They are just fine! The set is perfect more my needs.

Since I use grapefruit knives for much more than cutting grapefruit, I need one that is sharp enough for these tasks. I use grapefruit knives for removing the membranes and seeds from peppers, coring tomatoes, and hollowing out squash for stuffing. This knife is not sharp enough to perform these jobs.
